Emplacement idéal

Super séjour à Saint malo. Apparemment très spacieux, très bien équipé, très propre, literie très confortable, idéalement situé pour se déplacer à pied. Thierry est très agréable, très accueillant, super hôte. Séjour au top!.Merci Thierry et à bientôt.

Appartement ist super ausgestattet, Die Lage ist top, man hat alles, was man braucht rundherum, und man kann zu Fuß in die Intras laufen(20 min)! Parksituation ist etwas kniffelig in der Hochsaison,aaaaaber lösbar!Wir würden dieses Appartement immer wieder buchen, vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet appartement conforme à la description. Nous avons apprécié la situation proche de St Malo intra euros et de la plage du Sillon. Toutes les commodités sont à portée de pas. Propriétaire disponible, arrangeant et aimable. Parfait séjour

Fantastic weekend trip to Saint-malo

We stayed as a family with 2 kids under the age of 5. The house was well situated with access to the beach as simple as crossing the road. Parking was plentiful when we were there in late September. The house was large and gave us the space needed to relax. The kitchen was functional and had all the necessary items and utensils for cooking at home. We would definitely return.

Excellent location across the street from the plage du Sillon. Walkable to intra muros. Grocery store close by. The apartment had everything we needed and the restaurant downstairs was delicious! Would recommend the pull out couch for kids only.

location très bien placée à pied à 2 mn plage, boulangerie - presse - restaurants tout autour et 10 mn du cœur historique hôte disponible et arrangeant notamment pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ en cette période de fermeture des restaurants

La plage et les balades

Traverser la rue et...on est sur la plage du Sillon. Deux lignes de bus à proximité pour d’autres balades au nord et au sud notamment Cancale. Appartement bien équipé pour la cuisine.

Un très bon pied à terre à St Malo

Un appartement idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage, et proche de la ville intra muros. Déco soignée et sobre pour mettre en valeur le bel appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Trés belle location et fonctionnelle très bon emplacement également, proche de tous commerces du marché de Noêl, et de l'Intra Muros, et pour le stationnement de véhicules nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes. le propriétaire très sympa .

Bon rapport qualité prix

Appartement agréable et bien situé. Bon rapport qualité prix. Seule la literie du clic CLAC n'est pas bien confortable pour des enfants d'un grand gabarit. En revanche celle de la chambre est très bien. Nous nous sommes régalés au restaurant du dessous tenu par le propriétaire (Les Embruns), n'hésitez pas à y aller!

Location conforme au descriptif mais la chambre se situe au-dessus de la cuisine du restaurant, immeuble mal insonorisé . Le séjour donne sur une avenue assez bruyante.
