Beautiful calm and renovated farmhouse for 12
Summary:
In the countryside and close to the sea, this magnificent farmhouse is the ideal place to be with family or friends. The house can accommodate 12 people. It has been completely renovated and has all the necessary equipment. You will be charmed by its superb fenced garden with terrace out of sight.
The Space:
On the ground floor all rooms are accessible on one level: kitchen with access to terrace and garden, dining room, living room and master bedroom with shower room.
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 dormitory with 4 single beds (3 extra single beds are available)
Facilities:
- Wifi included
- Fully equipped kitchen (Kettle, bread grill, filter coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher)
- 3 bathrooms, large tables, contemporary decoration
- Baby bed, high chair
The advantages of the house:
- Hair dryer
- Raclette machine, barbecue
- 2000 m2 fenced garden, out of sight and well exposed
- 200m2 terrace, deckchairs
- Table football and games available
ACTIVITIES:
- the superb beaches of Carantec (Le Kelenn, la strike blanche, l'ile callot)
- golf, nautical center, GR34 along the sea , fishing, boat trips

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Your Property Manager Fanny will be at your disposal during your stay.
- Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. They are proposed as option.
- We accept pets (on request). A supplement may be required.
- The deposit of 700 euros is not cashed. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) makes a simple imprint of your credit card.
- The cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay. A mandatory \intermediate cleaning" fee of 50 euros is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. For those who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, we also offer a "complete cleaning" package for 125 euros.
- The tourist tax is to be paid on the spot by check or cash (except airbnb)
