When you first enter our home, you will see our open floor plan with a very comfortable couch and love seat. We have seating for 3 at the kitchen table and also seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. In the living area, we have a large flat screen TV. Our couch is also a commercial grade sleeper sofa, what this means is even an adult can sleep on this sofa without feeling all the springs and bars you fear in a store brand sofa.
Our balcony has great views of the world famous white sandy beaches and the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Also on the balcony, we have 2 high Adirondack Chairs and table which allows you unobstructed views of the Beach. Great place for a morning breakfast or evening glass of wine while watching the sun go down.
When it is time to go to sleep, you will have our luxury King bed to enjoy and for those who don't go straight to sleep we have a large flat screen TV. For the kids, we have a bunk room with an attached bathroom at the front of the condo which is not located right outside the master bedroom like some floor plans are set up.
Tidewater beach resort is located ½ mile west of pier park. Tidewater will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with Tiki bar and East pool has a coffee and sundries shop - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - and much more!
The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water with para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book! But look out for the Sun, don't ruin your vacation with a terrible sunburn on your first day.
Our Kitchen has everything including all appliances, blender & crockpot, toaster, eating utensils, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and pots & pans. But don't forget Mom is on vacation also! With hundreds of great places to eat, no matter what you are looking for, we have it hear in Panama City Beach. Only item you will need to bring are beach towels.

Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee of $32.10 for parking and arm bands per rental. We will send you a link so you can register online prior to your arrival which will save you a lot of time at check in. As with most condos in Panama City beach, the resorts require Families or 25 and above to rent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in a similar unit at Tidewater a few years back so knew the layout and location would be great. The condo was very clean and had all necessary items. It would have been helpful to know all the great accessories the condo offers: blender, crock pot (we brought a crock pot thinking the condo wouldn't have one), and even had cups from the Tiki Bar so that those staying can get discounted drinks when they're used. They also had several outdoor items like beach chairs, pool noodles, floaties, sand toys (but not knowing this we had brought our own). Our stay in mid-August aligned with many southern states back-to-school weeks, so our week was the start of the "slow season." That made elevators no problem for us (although we picked this 7th floor unit so that we could walk down stairs, if elevators became a problem... they never were for us). We would certainly stay here again. I would recommend contacting the rental company directly to get a less expensive rate:

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this unit and I was even more impressed than the first time! There had been several upgrades made from the previous year. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. The condo service called prior to our arrival to inform me the dryer in the unit had been reported broken by the previous tenants but they already had a tech scheduled to come look at it on our first day. He was unable to fix it that day but everyone was very accommodating until repairs could be made. I look forward to booking this unit again next year! The elevators are always an issue but that's to be expected during the busy season and no fault of the condo service.

Condo and Beach is beautiful but….
Starting on a positive note, the condo and beach were excellent. The apartment was clean, and Tidewater offered resort guests free lounge chairs and umbrellas (first come, first served). However, there were significant issues with the elevators and security. The elevators were an absolute nightmare. Between 3-7 PM each day, security disables the call buttons and stations guards on the elevators to transport guests from the ground and second floors, leaving everyone else stranded. If you enjoy walking up and down stairs, you’re in luck. I recommend getting a condo on the second floor or lower. On two occasions, I heard an elevator attendant joke about or request tips for quicker service, and someone took them up on the offer. The security experience was also problematic. Upon arrival, I pulled up to the doors and walked to the second floor to retrieve my packet. A security guard demanded I return to my vehicle and go to the parking garage before retrieving my packet. Once in the garage, I provided my ID to check out a luggage cart. When I walked into the registration area with the cart, I was accused of stealing it and violating policies. Despite informing the gentleman twice that I had handed over my ID, they didn’t believe me until I pointed out its specific slot. Security stopped me several more times to ask for my room number. In closing, the condo itself was great. However, the property management has significant concerns.

Absolutely Beautiful
My husband and I stayed the week of July 4th. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and very clean! Not one issue the whole week. Yes, the elevators were not the quickest but we could and did use the stairs. Bed was amazingly comfortable, everything was perfect!!!!

Low enough to hear the ocean waves, but also high enough to get some spectacular views. Always enjoy staying and hate packing up to leave. Perfect unit for a couple as your bedroom has its own sliding doors to see the Gulf. The 2 bathrooms allows each to have their own privacy space.

This condo was spotless and perfect. The doors across the front of the living area and bedroom are like having the perfect suite on a luxury cruise ship. The bed is comfortable. The big screen tv’s are wonderful. The resort is very nice. It was just me and my husband. The bunk room would be perfect for two kids. There are two full size bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The beach chairs were very nice. They were set up and ready for us daily. All of that area down the beach where we were appeared to be gated. There was security on our property. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great but the very long wait time for the elevators. I mean we talking about 20 to 30 minutes. Just horrible on that! Oh, and the toilet was not working when we got there. Had to get them to fit it!!

I come from a home that I run the air in the 65-67 range. It would never do that here and if it could there were warnings that if you put it below 70 and any maintenance was required you were gonna pay for the unit freezing up. If you don't like it colder to sleep then this place is great
