Beautiful farmhouse with sauna

Our vacation home is rustic, elegant, comfortable and perfectly placed near Mt. Snow so you can enjoy yourself with family and friends.
The house was recently renovated in 2021. It has all brand new furniture, kitchen, appliances and bathrooms.
Beautiful three bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms with a car port. On the first floor you will find a mud room. There is a full bathroom with a bath tub. As you continue on you find an open concept kitchen, dinette and living room with a gas fireplace and a TV above the fireplace. From the living room you walk into the dining room with seating for 8. Also from the living room you walk into the library which has a pull out sofa. This room can be used for additional sleeping space as it has barn doors for privacy. The library can also be used for an office as it has a small desk.
On the lower level you will find a beautifully finished room with pine wood. It has a 65" TV with a SonosBar and subwoofer for extra sound. There is a big plush corner sofa. The room has a pool table plus a couple of stools and a table for your drinks. For your convenience there is a half bath. A sauna is also located on the lower level as well as the laundry room with a washer and dryer.
On the second level you will find a Master Suite with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the kids room has two twin bunk beds. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tub located on the same level. Above the bedroom, on the third level, you will find a bonus room with a 65" TV and some bean bags.
In the back of the house there is a covered porch with a table and benches. The house is located about 10 minutes from Mt. Snow and Lake Raponda. Hiking trails are located at the end of the street. There are many charming restaurants close by.
