Séjour agréable dans cette maison de vacances

Belle maison de vacances où nous avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est propre et dispose de tous les aménagements intérieurs nécessaires. Calme absolu. Le billard nous a permis de passer de bons moments en famille. Le seul petit bémol pour nous se sont les bains de soleil dont certains abîmés et les autres peu confortables (trop bas pour notre âge) mais la piscine est agréable et de bonne dimension. Bref un bon séjour.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Connaux

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Connaux. Ruhe pur, großer Garten, großer Pool, viel Platz innen und außen, ich liebe es. Bei schlechtem Wetter bietet der Billard Tisch eine tolle Abwechslung. Auch die Gegend um Connaux herum ist traumhaft, Uzes, Markt in Orange, Paddeln im Gardon,.... In Summe haben wir alle eine richtig schöne Zeit gehabt. Vielen Dank

Tranquillité

Superbe maison, billard au top, paysage magnifique et tranquillité absolue, parfait pour se reposer en famille. Le seul petit point négatif est que sur l’annonce il ne faisait pas référence que la piscine n’était pas disponible pour le mois de mai, dommage, mais sinon une semaine passée agréable dans cette villa. Merci à l’hôte pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Un lieu enchanteur.

Madame Laurence est une hôtesse tout à fait charmante et accueillante, même si elle n'a pu être présente lors de notre arrivée. Elle avait d'ailleurs eu la délicatesse de mettre une bouteille de champagne au frais à notre intention! La maison occupe un emplacement extraordinaire! Parfaitement bien orientée par rapport au soleil, cette propriété offre une vue imprenable sur la campagne des alentours et sur la petite vallée qui sépare Connaux de Gaujac. La description de cette villa sur le site est conforme à la réalité. Mais nous avons attiré l’attention de madame Laurence sur quelques suggestions d’amélioration qu’elle a reçues avec intérêt, vu qu’elle est une femme d’affaires aguerrie. Au premier chef, cette maison a besoin d'une mise-à-niveau de son système électrique; des éclairages en réseau (salle à manger, chambre au RDC au-dessus des lavabos) sont en partie inopérants. Des ampoules sont grillées en certains endroits, un interrupteur est dégarni, bref toutes sortes de petites choses qui ne rendent pas justice à cette magnifique villa. Ensuite, comme d'autres avant moi l'on dit, la chambre à l'étage se doit d'être climatisée. Par temps chaud, la température y est intenable, surtout le soir au coucher. Par ailleurs, durant la nuit du 7 au 8 septembre, un déluge s'est abattu sur la région de Connaux (et ailleurs dans le Gard). En conséquence, le mécanisme et le rail de la grille qui clôt la propriété se sont retrouvés immobilisés par un amas de boue et de gravats à cause de l’écoulement des eaux. Nous avons donc dû dégager tout cela nous-même à la pelle pour pouvoir quitter la propriété. Comme cette situation climatique risque de se répéter, nous avons suggéré à madame Laurence de faire installer une grille dotée d’un mécanisme aérien comme il y en a beaucoup dans cette région. Bref, nous avons connu en ces lieux un séjour des plus agréables. Et grâce à son sens aigu des affaires qui la rend consciente de la grande valeur de son produit, je suis convaincu que madame Laurence procédera aux menus travaux qui précèdent, et qui sont requis pour rendre sa magnifique demeure encore plus agréable à habiter.

Mooie villa in prachtige omgeving

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in de villa van Laurence. De villa is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk en groot genoeg om met het gezin van te genieten. De ligging is uitstekend met mogelijkheden voor dagtripjes naar Orange, Avignon, Nimes en de Camargue. Kanoën in de buurt is een aanrader.

Lovely , spacious and private villa with great views

The villa is large and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor terrace was perfect for dining and the swimming pool is super with lots of lounging options for relaxing. Located at the top of the hill there are great views of the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Occitaine gem

We wanted to spend a quiet, relaxing vacation with our friends in the south of France, and this property was just the perfect place! The villa was well equipped, and the communication with the owner was excellent! The nights spent by the pool were memorable! We did not need the AC until the last night of our stay, but for the hot summer nights, would be great if AC was available on the upper floor! Thank you Laurence for everything!

Très belle propriété,très propre!! Tout est à disposition,de la cuisine au cellier!!! Laurence nous a accueilli avec le sourire!! Jacuzzi au top,3 chambres,billard...Bref un régal !!! De vrais vacances de rêves !

La maison correspondait vraiment à nos attentes : Grande, magnifique, calme, belles terrasses, belle piscine... Le pont du Gard pas très loin, le marché d'Uzès, de belles balades autour, et de très bons restos (je recommande vivement "Entre Vigne et Garrigue") Bien qu'on soit 7 (3 enfants), on nous a mis a disposition un lit d'appoint, et il y a avait largement la place. La piscine avait un petit soucis de filtration, et la propriétaire très réactive a fait appel à un pisciniste qui nous a réglé le problème. Cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire nous a proposé une sortie en mer sur son magnifique bateau de 15 m où elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement. On a vraiment adoré ces 10 jours ! Merci encore, relaxation garantie, on recommande !

Einfach wundervoll

Zunächst hat uns die unkomplizierte Übernahme des Feriendomizils begeistert. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel in einer Sackgasse (sehr steiler Weg). Es ist das letzte Haus in der Gasse, sodass die Privatsphäre zu jeder Zeit gewährleistet ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, auch wenn man hier und da sieht, dass es wohl in den 1980/90er Jahren erbaut wurde. Alles in allem aber kein Grund, irgendwelche Mängel auszusprechen. Der Pool ist einfach wunderbar und war auch noch in der ersten Oktoberwoche gut nutzbar. Unsere Hunde fühlten sich auf drm grosszügigen Gelände sehr wohl. Wir kommen, auch wegen dem hohen Freizeitwert der Region gerne wieder.

Lovely house

Position was very good with stunning views. The house was very comfortably furnished and the kitchen had all the utensils and cooking items needed. The pool was very nice and the cleaning machine very efficient. It would have been helpful to have info about restaurants and supermarkets and the days the markets are InThe villages. Also some medical information for emergencies would be good, docotor, dentist, hospitals- just in case!

Maison très agréable

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la maison, sa situation, en haut d'une montagne, à l'abri des regards, piscine privée et sans vis-à-vis. La décoration est de très bon goût et elle est bien équipé (tout l'électroménager nécessaire, aspirateur, lave linge, sèche linge, climatisation...). Nous avons apprécié le linge qui était fourni (serviettes), le billard et le distributeur à glaçons ;) La piscine est très sympa et ayant des enfants, l'alarme a été installée à notre demande. La communication avec la propriétaire a été top, autant avant la location qu'après. L'accueil a été très sympa, nous avons eu de bons conseils pour visiter les environs. Bien définir ce qui est compris dans le ménage de fin de séjour, car petit bémol avec la femme de ménage qui a facturé des heures "supplémentaires" pour des papiers qui se sont envolés avec le vent ou le nettoyage des housses de chaises d'exterieur. Nous recommandons cette location pour un moment au calme dans un cadre très agréable.

Schönes Haus toller Ausblick !

Großes modernes Haus in toller Lage. Oberstes Haus am Berg, uns hat die ruhige ungestörte Lage sehr gefallen. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles war ordentlich und sauber. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und mit einer Tiefe von ca. 170 cm auch für Erwachsene super. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
