The pro's about this unit: immaculate, thoroughly cleaned; spacious; less than (2) minute walk to the beach; can see the beach across the street from the patio.
The con's about this unit not for long-term rentals: only (1) TV in the living room. All the adults had to watch what the children watched (family came to visit); There aren't any dressers, storage to unpack your clothes (hangers are in the closet, not all clothes go on hangers); no towel racks in the bathroom; We always come prepared with our own towels and this was a good thing because we stayed 4 days with (3) face towels for (2) people.
*The unit has top of the line washer and dryer (we do not book any units without it). So, for those that do not bring add'l towels, they would have to repeatedly wash their towels especially going to the beach. Speaking of towels and the linen, all of it is dated & worn, very, very thin, and dingy; including the comforter. *The closet could be a huge plus for a long-term rental if there was a dresser/chest of drawers, some type of storage to unpack your bags. That closet is huge enough to put a twin size air mattress in there to sleep, it's that big! *There are darkening blinds in the living room but not the bedroom. Being on vacation and all, we definitely didn't care to be aroused that early because of the sunrise. *We have family that live there. So, when they came over, my husband and I put the kitchen chairs in the closet! They are too fragile/flimsy, not sturdy at all and we didn't want anyone to break them by sitting in them, not even a child. While out, we bought some sofa pillows and throws and placed on the floor. **That sofa is not a sofa. It's some type of short futon with an insert to present as a bed. It is very, very uncomfortable. No one can sleep on that "sofa" unless they put a plush comforter on top. **Patio is bare. There aren't any chairs, tables, or anything. It's just a patio. We had chairs, so we brought them upstairs. ***For us, this property needs some upgrades to the furniture (to warrant the mandatory damage insurance); replace the worn towels, linen, comforter, with better quality; replace the patio blinds in the bedroom with the darkening kind; add some type of storage in the rooms such as a dresser, chest of drawers, something so you can unpack your clothes. The unit is in a great location near the beach, directly behind a souvenir shop, restaurants, etc. Just not long-term at the moment.
