DIFY Petit Dupont - Quartier Croix Rousse

Located in one of the most emblematic districts of Lyon, the Petit Dupont benefits from a dream location to be quiet while being close to the Boulevard de la Croix Rousse and its amenities. The Chartreux district is located on the Croix Rousse plateau, overlooking the city of Lyon and offering magnificent viewpoints. This completely new and tastefully decorated one-bedroom apartment is located on the 5th and top floor of an old building, without a lift.

It consists of a fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with a convertible sofa (breakdown only), a shower room, a separate WC. It has a sleeping area upstairs, very comfortable, with storage cupboards and a 140x190 bed.

Other remarks
The cleaning costs include cleaning on arrival and after your departure, but also household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay. We will ask you to present the identity document in person corresponding to the reservation when handing over the keys. In case of independent arrival, we will ask you to send an identity document.

Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time. Arrival times are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an additional charge will be requested:
- 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: €20
- 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.: €20
No reception after 11 p.m. will be made.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived.
The cleaning costs will be invoiced to you a second time in the event of non-compliance with the departure deadline.
