Plein centre de La Rochelle, à deux pas des quais du vieux port!

Réservation de dernière minute suite à un besoin urgent de repos… et ce fût le billet gagnant!Appartement fonctionnel, propre, moderne et joliment décoré. Accueil chaleureux et ponctuel ! Situé plein centre de la vieille ville, très proches du parc ( très pratique pour sortir son chien!).Tout est réalisable à pied, que ce soit pour faire les courses( marché couvert fortement recommandé et notamment le le poisson fumé de « les arts de la mer » 06.36.31.36.70) ou pour se faire plaisir sans modération dans un très bon restaurant : Christopher Coutanceaux, « impressions », « les 4 sergents »…Bref, location et ville fortement recommandées!Mathias Rabeyrin.

Faire le pont à La Rochelle

Super Séjour à La Rochelle avec un logement idéal pour profiter du Centre de La Rochelle et des îles proches. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement, merci à Jacqueline pour son accueil.

Séjour parfait

Le logement est très très bien situé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine (garée à proximité sur un emplacement gratuit, après une longue recherche). Nous avons ensuite utilisé tout les moyens de transport à disposition (bus pour l'île de Ré, vélo pour les balades, bateau pour l'île d'Aix, et en piétons pour le vieux port de La Rochelle, l'aquarium, la plage, etc...). L'appartement est vraiment à proximité de tout ! Il est également bien agencé, au calme et en sécurité. Jacqueline nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a très bien renseignés sur les activités. Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs de cette semaine de vacances à La Rochelle. Merci

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons été très bien reçus. L’appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Emplacement incroyable très proche du vieux port, des commerces et plages dans un quartier vivant mais dans une cour intérieure donc très calme. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et le recommandons sans aucune hésitation Encore merci à Jaqueline pour son accueil chaleureux !

Séjour parfait à La Rochelle

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à La Rochelle dans l'appartement de Jacqueline. Elle nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de disponibilité, faisant preuve de flexibilité pour les horaires de départ et d'arrivée. L'appartement est situé à 2 minutes à pied du vieux de l'horloge du vieux port, ce qui permet de tout faire à La Rochelle à pied ou à vélo. Il est placé au fond d'une cours intérieure, ce qui garanti un calme absolu par rapport à la route, et à l'agitation de la ville. L'appartement est propre, lumineux, spacieux et encore plus beau que sur les photos. Chaque chambre a sa salle d'eau avec douche, l'une est située au rez-de-chaussée et l'autre à l'étage. Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

beste Lage ever

mitten in der Altstadt, absolut ruhig, immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden (überaschenderweise), besser kann man es in La Rochelle nicht haben! Gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Leider war eine Toilette nicht rechtzeitig repariert worden. Die Ferienwohnung ist innen hellhörig, aber von den anderen Hausbewohnern war nichts wahrzunehmen. Trotzdem 5 Sterne!

Location excellent, no need for a car. Easy access to Restaurants , shops etc.

Little outside space, and a requirement not to make noise so as not to disturb other permanent residents who overlooked the small enclosed outside space,. Otherwise well equipped kitchen.

Feedback on our stay

Renting the property and ongoing communication leading upto and during our stay was excellent. The property and it's location was perfect! The only negative comment I'd make is that we struggled to get the tv working, and when we did there were no english language options. Something such as Netflix or Amazon Prime would have been appreciated. Would happily book again in future!

Lieu idéal pour La Rochelle

L'appartement est situé à 2 pas du Vieux Port, on peut tout faire à pied. Il est spacieux, calme et bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler, dennoch ruhiger Lage von La Rochelle

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung (Juli 2022), weil uns die zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage gut gefallen hat. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvor vorkommend und hat sich flexibel auf unsere Wünsche hinsichtlich der Anreise- und Abreiseuhrzeiten eingestellt. Einziges Manko ist, dass zu der Wohnung kein Autostellplatz gehört. Jedoch gibt es in der Nähe öffentliche Parkplätze. JW aus Reinfeld

Très bon séjour mais nécessité de prévisions en amont

Il serait indispensable d'actualiser l'annonce qui reste trop simple et omet malheureusement les directives qui attendent les locataires à l'arrivée (ne pas téléphoner , ni fumer sur la terrasse, ne pas parler trop fort, etc), mais aussi concernant l'usage du garage à vélo qui est interdit aux locataires contrairement à ce qui est notifié dans l'annonce. Cela dit, ce fût un très agréable séjour de par la situation parfaite du logement au cœur de la Rochelle. Le logement est effectivement très calme et très beau avec une propriétaire qui a coeur de recevoir le mieux du monde.

Relaxing break

The communication with Jacqueline was extremely good. Although we did have a spot of trouble finding the apartment when we arrived which made us a bit later than expected. Myself and my husband had a very peaceful and relaxing much needed break. There is everything in the property that u would need if self catering although we mostly dined out.

Très bon sejour

Appartement magnifique et spacieux , au calme, au fond d’une cour intérieure , avec une terrasse aménagée, une grande baie vitrée ouvrant sur un séjour lumineux et une cuisine en open Space . Excellent logement à La Rochelle

Très joli logement, idéalement situé en centre-ville à 2 pas de la vieille ville et du port, mais pourtant très calme. Logement spacieux et parfaitement accessible aux PMR. Très bien équipé. Location chic et tres bien situee

Location extremement bien localisee au centre ville de La Rochelle Ameublement chic et de tres bonne facture Lits tres confortables cuisine bien agencee Juste une petite remarque sur la vaisselle un peu juste au niveau des verres et sur l ordonnancement un peu aleatoire Tres bon sejour ,je recommande et n hesiterait pas a relouer si necessaire Florence

Situation idéale pour profiter du centre ville de La Rochelle
