Great 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that has brand new 600 thread count sheets sets and brand new extra-large towels. The large fully furnished kitchen opens up to the living room and all with a view of the beach we also have an extra-large balcony to enjoy. Large Ceramic Tile throughout! Clean, crisp & refreshing furnishings, open the windows or sit out on the balcony to feel the fresh spay of the Gulf! This condo is the very closest to the beach of any of the units in the entire Horizon South complex. We have a Swimming Pool, Tennis courts, Pool Table, Shuffle board, Exercise room, Putt Putt and the Gulf of Mexico! Plenty of fun things to do right around the condo. Should you choose to venture out you are within a couple of miles from Pier Park and Frank Brown Park.

Our favorite place every year!
Long ago previous property owner at H S. This condo location was the most favorite that weve rented since dad sold his place. Hope to stay in the same condo next year.

Disappointing in the condo for vacation experience and for cost per night:
Condo was not very clean when we arrived. Black soot on floors & barstools, barstools were to tall to sit comfortably at the bar, mold on ceiling in dining area, dining room chair broke while someone was sitting in it, it was glued, bathtub would not drain, freezer door would not open all the way to access the freezer, WiFi went in and out daily, ceiling fan In living room was falling out of the ceiling, dresser drawers in master bedroom would not open easily, knob pulls on cabinets constantly falling off, sheets not fitting well on bed and continue to come off, kitchen not stocked with any pot holders and only one dish towel and cloth, and beds were very uncomfortable. Usually not one who complains and overlooks minor things but after numerous stays at condos at Horizon South this was by far our worst experience. Very frustrating when we had our family members who were staying with us. We contacted the property manager numerous times but she only apologized for our experience. We felt for the amount of money we spent and the number of problems the unit had we should have been offered some sort of discount or credit for future stays. We had to make arrangements to stay and wait for repair men to come several times and interrupted our vacation and family time. We certainly do not plan to book another stay at this particular condo. We come every year and our hope is these issues are addressed and the next tenant will not have the terrible experience we did on vacation.

Great Stay!
This place was very clean when we arrived. We will definitely be back to stay again. It was not far from beach, so if you are looking for a clean and very conformable place to sleep and have fun with your family book this room. They was also very fast to respond to any questions we had.🌴🐚🦀

Great View
Our first experience in PCB. We loved that we could see the gulf from the balcony. The condo itself is dated (stained white formica counters, chipped floor tile) but very clean and the location is excellent. The property staff were wonderful to work with when needed. We will be back!

Cozy apartment with some ocean view
Cozy apartment with a big balcony overlooking a small pond with turtles. The apartment is in the first building from the ocean, so you have a little ocean view from the balcony and living room. We and our small dachshund loved our stay.

Annual fall break trip
This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed in this unit. It has been beautifully upgraded since last year. The complex is amazing and an easy walk across the street to the beach. The kids enjoyed watching the turtles swim in the pond and the adults enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice place and close to the beach
A few things were broken , but all minor. Knob off of bathroom vanity, freezer bulb burnt out while we were there, bedroom nightstand door wasn’t attached , microwave #’s didn’t show. All minor stuff, no big deal . But very nice place !

Reviewer Comments: We had to leave our condo at Horizon South Building 60 unit 201 early as Roaches were in kitchen. Four Star came (an employee sprayed who works in office). Incident work. Returned with roach traps. They didn't work. We bought sinsecticide and sprayed. It got sone better but after 2 weeks of roaches we couldn't stand it. Made us sick to think about cooking or even eating. 4 star did us dirty. No offer of refund! Rented from them 7 years as we are snowbirds. No offer to even relocate us. So we just cut our time short and came home to snow and ice!

Nice stay but needs some repairs
Check in process was easy. The complex, amenities and location are great. There were several things that needed to be addressed and when I called all the numbers I was given no one was available and never got a response to my voice mail. We were never able to access the WiFi. Overall I would stay there again.

Condo is outdate with things starting to break, e.g. door knobs in the bathrooms constantly falling off. Also not sure how much cleaning was done before we arrived, since there was standing water in the jet tub, floors not clean. The only way I could get a hold of anyone is leave a vm and call was returned only few days later. We end up washing everything and doing laundry. Still love the location and size of the condo.

We did not think you could see the beach from the patio, but you can see it through an opening in the tree line. The lake behind the condo had tons of turtle so it was fun to watch them sun bathe. The property is across the street from the beach as described. We enjoyed the roommate style bedrooms for added privacy. The toilets are very small and low to the ground and the "jacuzzi" tub is outdated and the shower head seemed really cheap but it got the job done and kept us clean :) I would stay here again

It was clean and comfortable. The condo was pretty spacious and had plenty of room for us. It was gated which I liked because it was so busy down there at the time and traffic couldn’t cut through. It was also nice and quiet which is hard to find this time of year. There was no hassle arriving or departing and they were fantastic about contacting us about an issue with an appliance that happened before we arrived and quickly fixed it. I would definitely recommend this place and this rental company!
