See the ocean. Hear the waves. Feel the sea breeze all from the balcony of this 2nd floor condo!
In addition to the fabulous view of the ocean, 219 SeaSpray has everything else you'll need for your get-away! It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. Sit inside at either the bar and kitchen table or enjoy a meal out on the balcony while you watch the sunrise or sunset. You can even grill out using one of the community charcoal grills in the courtyard. The community has its own beach access. You're less than a five minute walk from having your rear in a beach chair, your toes in the sand and a favorite beverage in your hand! If you don't like the sand, the SeaSpray community has an outdoor pool, complete with a kiddie pool. This condo is conveniently located to Fort Macon State Park. You'll also find excellent restaurants and attractions on the island or after a quick drive to Morehead City or Beaufort. It's the perfect place for you to be as active or relaxed as you want!
*Note: This condo is on the 2nd floor. There are no elevators or ramps.*

When we arrived everything was exactly like the pictures showed. Very clean and nice. Our family loved the view and the private beach access. We were very pleased with the location. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away for a family vacation or just to rest and relax.

Amazing stay in Atlantic Beach

Condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable beds. We loved the huge pool and the easy access to the beach. Convieniently located near restaurants, supermarket, shopping.

Mtn to Sea 2023

We live in the Appalachian Mountains near Boone, and love coming to Atlantic Beach right before the new school year as a last hooray for summer. The condo was in a perfect location, great view of the Atlantic, and very comfortable for me and the kids. We would stay again and recommend to our friends. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay at the beach

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4, and it was exactly as described in the listing. We really liked the ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The pool at the complex was great - bigger than expected, and a nice sized deep end (8 feet at deepest). The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. Beach access was also very convenient, with an outdoor shower to remove sand.

Great family place

Fantastic clean and well-stocked place for a vacation. Nice facility amenities like the pool and outside shower. Had a blast and the property owner was great whenever I had a question. Only negative comment is that the main door to the balcony is difficult to open. We ended up using the master bedroom door unless the room was in use; but we did manage to get door to work, finally! Highly recommend this place for your AB stay.

Family Vacation

Nice place to stay, but no ramps or elevator to first or second floor. Lots of steps. There is a decent size pool with plenty of lounging chairs, an area to sunbathe and an area to cook outside on their charcoal grills. Their walkway to the beach has stairs, but there is a public access walkway next to their property you can utilize. The owner was very accessible and responsive to us. A nice long view of the ocean from the balcony and over the middle of the property. The bedrooms are a comfortable size for 2 people each and the living room and kitchen are adequate for a family of 4. If you don’t need a ramp or elevator, I would definitely recommend.

Great location!

Absolutely loved staying here! The view of the beach on the balcony is perfect. I loved having both sliding doors to walk out. The king bed was so comfy that I didn't want to come home to my own! I didn't mind bringing my own linens at all, but I would suggest having a few things available to renters. We needed a flashlight and the one there was dead. If the power went out I think leaving a working flashlight, spare batteries, and essentially a safety kit would be ideal. Perfect beach access, very clean, all you would need in the kitchen! I loved being able to wash my clothes while there. Great access to essentially anything in AB you need! Would certainly stay again!

First time staying in this area.

We enjoyed the stay, only issue we had was 2 small kids above but that has nothing to do with the owner. She even tried to help us get ahold of the other owner and let them know. Thank you! Only feedback would be the couch needs to be upgraded it’s to low to the ground and not comfortable to sit on. Would probably stay in this area again.

I live in the Raleigh area and have always dreamed of owning a home at the beach. I worked really hard to make that happen and bought my place 5 years ago. I'm not quite ready for retirement, so when I'm not using it, I want to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

Of all the amazing coastal areas in NC, my favorite is the Crystal Coast! Friends introduced me to SeaSpray and when the time and the opportunity were right, I couldn't pass it up!

What makes this property unique

Many properties say "steps from the beach." This one really is. In less than 5 minutes you can be from the condo door to sitting in your beach chair with your toes in the sand. If you forget something or need a refill, again, 5 minutes and you're back! The balcony view is really incredible and what sold me on buying this unit. I updated the living room furniture and master bed when I bought it in 2019. I just added new beds in the 2nd bedroom. It really is a second home that I want to share with you!
