PARFAIT!!!!!!

C'est la maison parfaite! Venus passer un séjour entre amis, la configuration permet d'avoir d'avoir chacun son espace. Nous avons pris toutes les options afin de pouvoir séjourner a 18 personnes et tout le monde a été satisfait. La grande véranda avec une table pouvant accueillir 20 personnes est juste fantastique. De plus la situation de la maison permet de ne pas avoir a prendre la voiture pour aller vers le port ou le centre ville et les commerces de proximité sont a moins de 5 min a pieds Bref, on reviens l'année prochaine!!!!!

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern einen großartigen Urlaub in dem individuellen Haus. Der charismatische und engagierte Vermieter Jean-Jacques hatte uns extra eine mobile Sicherheitswand für den Pool gebaut und so konnten die Kleinen jeden Morgen nach dem Frühstück sich erstmal im Pool austoben. Dann gab es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, tolle zentrale Lage mit nur 10 MInuten zufuß zur lebendigen und vielfältigen Stadt, Einkäufe um die Ecke, und viele Strände erreichbar. Highlight für Erwachsene und Kinder war das Segeln mit Jean-Jaques, ein äußerst gewissenhafter und gleichzeitig lustiger Kapitän. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder!

Maison pratique et agréable pour un grand groupe

Grande maison sur trois étages avec une grande pièce à vivre se prolongeant sous une grande véranda et se terminant sur la piscine. Très bien conçue et modulable selon la taille de votre groupe (combles...), nous étions 14 avec suffisamment d'espace pour tous (salle d'eau dans chaque chambre...). La piscine-spa fait la joie des petits et des grands et le propriétaire est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Pour 10 €, il met à disposition autant de vélos que nécessaire, idéal pour découvrir la Rochelle et ses environs. Cerise sur le gâteau : la balade en voilier offerte par le propriétaire ! Bref, une très bonne adresse, la seule que nous avons trouvée à la Rochelle si bien placée pour cette capacité d'accueil.

Maison tres agréable à vivre

La maison est atypique dans son agencement ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Nous étions 13 jeunes à y séjourner, nous avions de l'espace afin de ne pas se marcher les uns sur les autres. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuse et fonctionnel car elles possèdent toutes une salle de bain. Le gros plus de cette maison est sa terasse particulièrement agréable ainsi que son propriétaire sympathique. Nous avons pu effectué un tour sur son voilier qui fut une activité particulièrement convivial. Nous recommandons tous cette maison dans laquelle nos vacances se sont très bien passées.

Versatile accomodation perfect for a large group.

We travelled as 2 families comprising 12 people (4 adults/8 kids ages 8-16)to this house in La Rochelle. One of the best bits was the little pool (in the entirely private and secluded garden) which was heated and clean, safe enough for our smaller children and deep enough for our teens to play in. The house is quirkily laid out, with bedrooms and bathrooms over 4 floors accessed by a steep spiral staircase. The living arrangements were fantastic for our large, diverse group. WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen, ample dining space indoors and the most MARVELOUS covered decking with BBQ grill and seating for 20 people! We spent much of our week's holiday in this space irrespective of the weather. The bedrooms are plainly furnished but clean and well configured, with a range of flexible accomodation for singles and couples, and plenty of bathroom and toilet facilities. The house is in a very quiet area, yet within easy walking reach of all the town's attractions The town of La Rochelle itself was absolutely charming, laid back yet buzzy, with plenty of good food and family activities in the surrounding areas. The marina is quite spectacular, and there several sailing schools and opportunities to take to the seas. Our host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay and even treating us to a trip out to sea on his boat! We're all a bit in love with La Rochelle now!

Détente et convivialité

Une très belle demeure fonctionnelle et calme, proche du centre ville. Accompagnée de sa piscine qui permet de bons moments de détente, elle vous séduira naturellement. Elle s'accompagne d'un propriétaire très attentionné, particulièrement disponible et toujours de bons conseils. Petit cadeau, un sympathique tour de bateau adapté à vos envies, dont il ne faut vraiment pas se priver. A recommander.

Bonne vacance dans cette grande demeure

Très bon séjour dans cette grande demeure à la décoration sympathique avec un mélange de moderne et d'ancien chargé d'histoire avec la possibilité de se rafraichir dans la piscine , une situation géographique très proche du centre ville, du vieux port, de la plage et de la gare. Le propriétaire des lieux est de bon conseil pour vous informer sur les sites à visiter et les spécialités de la région. D'autre part il nous a invités sur son bateau pour une navigation côtière très sympathique. Je conseille.
