Perfect for a Provence vacation

As a base to road trip around Provence, this location is perfect. The apartment is right within the historic area of Aix, walking distance to everything, and best of all, has its own, secure parking space in the parking garage. The apt is clean, comfortable, good A/C, and has everything you need. An added bonus of a balcony to relax and have your morning coffee. Magali was also very flexible and easy to communicate with. This is the best choice when staying in Aix.

Delightful stay in Aix-en-Provence

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Magali's apartment in the "old town" section of Aix-en-Provence. Magali is an excellent, friendly, and attentive host. She was easy to reach and we enjoyed an opportunity to meet with her one evening in downtown Aix. Her apartment is equipped to support lengthier stays (ours was nearly two weeks) and is perfectly situated to allow you to visit the charming, quaint, and historical town of Aix. Highly recommend.

Cozy, clean, lovely, peaceful

The place is just as advertised and Magali was a wonderful host. My daughter and I had a great week-long stay and especially appreciated the location - the apartment is in the town center (everything walkable) and yet very quiet. Magali has a notebook with lots of great suggestions for local food and culture - and there are many guidebooks and other resources at the apartment as well. Even without a car, we were never at a loss for fun and interesting things to do. Actually got some work done too (great wifi)! Really appreciated working directly with the owner as opposed to an agency.

A true home away from home

Charming ,perfect location, true one bedroom apartment. Elevator, air conditioning and parking space! Magali has thought of everything one could need in the apartment, and she put together well detailed restaurant and touring info booklets. Welcome bottle of wine and goodies such a warm welcoming touch. Magali always quick to respond with any questions. We stayed 5 nights. Hope to be back one day for a longer stay.

Muy recomendable

Muy equipado, desde el mobiliario hasta la cocina para una estancia de varios días. Colchones buenos y decorado con muy buen gusto. Magalí fue atenta a nuestro pedido de mover el sofá cama al estar, por rotura del que allí está. Aunque lo aclara en la descripción, se anuncian dos baños cuando en realidad es uno compartimentado.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Aix, but very quiet and peaceful

The property is a lovely clean apartment with a lovely gift basket on arrival and provisions in the fridge and cupboards you are welcome to use. Everything you need for a self-catering apartment is there. So close to the beautiful centre of Aix with everything you would want to see in an easy walk, or use the local bus. We stayed for two weeks and loved it.

Can't recommend this property enough. Magali is beyond sweet!! The apartment is perfectly located for enjoying all Aix and Provence has to offer. It's beautifully furnished, bright and airy. Morning coffee on the balcony listening to the city wake up is a perfect way to start the day!! Merci beaucoup Magali!!!

A lovely light-filled apartment on the edge of central Aix area.

Spacious, comfortable and relaxed property. A short stroll to the centre of Aix. A fantastic host who welcomed us in person and provided lots of information on Aix and the surrounding area.

Super location, parking, helpful owner

We couldn’t have asked for a better location; restaurants, museums, marché, trains, bus, grocery — all just steps away. The parking place made day trips in our own car easy. Zip to the Mediterranean or the Luberon. Magali was always quick to answer questions. It was especially nice to have the weekly cleaning.

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Aix

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung direkt am Rand der Altstadt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Parkplatzes vorhanden, was in der Altstadt wichtig ist. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass nachts bei offenen Fenster es teilweise etwas laut ist durch Leute, die durch die Straße gehen und Mopeds, die durchfahren. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Magali. Gute Wegbeschreibung und viel Infomaterial in der Wohnung👍

Très bon choix en plein centre

Appartement très bien situé (centre ville). Très bien équipé et umineux, une chambre confortable (Il y a une climatisation dans le salon). Très bonne communication avec Magali et sa fille, un accueil très sympa accompagné des quelques cadeaux d'accueil: vin, pâtisserie, confiserie et tout le nécessaire pour facilité une installation). Très beau et bien agréable séjour en la belle cité d'Aix en Provence. Je vais revenir chez Magali! Séjour très sympa, je recommande.

Super moment en plein centre d'Aix

Appartement idéalement situé à quelques pas seulement de la vieille ville. Clair et lumineux, il offre un vaste séjour parfaitement équipé, une belle chambre attenante à la salle de bain et une cuisine ouverte sur le séjour fort bien équipée. Les petites attentions de Magali (vin, pâtisserie, confiserie et tout le nécessaire pour facilité une installation) ne rendent que plus agréable l'arrivée en ces lieux. Le garage souterrain et l'ascenseur complètent utilement l'ensemble. Très beau et bien agréable séjour en la belle cité d'Aix en Provence. Je recommande.

A couple weeks in Provence

This apartment is right in the heart of downtown Aix en Provence, within walking distance of everything, with parking. The owner Magali had the place ready with maps, info on restaurants, day trips, and guidebooks. She had facial and toilet tissue, sugar, chocolate, coffee and everything was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a delightful time.

Great location, quiet environment.

Stayed for 10 days. Couldn't have a better location close to Cours Mirabeux but very quiet and cozy. Within an hour of many day trips and the garage use was great. Magali was so helpful. Would stay again. For a stay longer than a week, she provided a change of sheets and towels. The washer/dryer came in so handy when you travel light. She had a bottle of wine waiting for us and greeted us personally. Thank you, Magali.

The apartment is just 2 short blocks from the main tourist area, yet is remarkably quiet. The small balcony is fine for an evening read and some refreshments.

Comfortable and convenient

This is the perfect place to stay to enjoy Provence. Very central to everything in Aix and we were able to easily take day trips to Marseille, Nice, Arles, Avignon, and the Luberon. The apartment is nicely decorated and completely equipped. The parking space was really convenient. Magali was very helpful with recommendations for eating, touring, and shopping -- and always responded right away to any query by text. We hit the record heat wave of June 2019 and the air conditioning was suffering as much as the population of France. Magali suggested how we could get the most out of it, and we were better off with A/C than most of Provence that week.
