Look no further for the perfect getaway cabin in Gatlinburg! Situated in the quiet and gated community of Outback Resorts, this spacious 3800 sqft 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath features an indoor pool (the only cabin in the resort!), huge 11-seat movie theater, game room with air hockey, pool table and multicade, hot tub, and an awesome wraparound deck on the mail floor with endless views. The kitchen comes equipped with everything: coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, slow cooker, rice/steamer cooker and baking supplies, not to mention an outdoor charcoal grill for BBQs.

Kitchen starter items include: 1 small bottle of dish liquid, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 new sponge, kitchen towel, and 2 trash bags for each trash can. We provide enough towels for the maximum number of guests indicated in our listing.

UPDATE! We've installed an additional dining room table and chairs in the cabin. The photo in the listing isn't updated, so please note that dining is double the photo now!

**Upstairs bedrooms:

- bonus room with 2 twin bunkbeds sharing Jack and Jill bathroom

For every full bathroom, we provide the following: 1 travel-size shampoo, 1 travel-size conditioner, 1 travel-size body wash, 1 travel-size body lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 disposable makeup wipe packets, and 1 bar of soap. We do not provide extra towels for the pool, so guests are required to bring those if necessary.

The spacious game room leads you outside to the upstairs patio to soak in more views. Head downstairs for more entertainment and fun where you'll find the movie theater, laundry machine, a spare queen futon, indoor pool and a patio hot tub to soak in...wait for it...more views! Every TV is SMART, and our guests will have access to Disney+ and Hulu Live.

Pool temps: 85 during winter seasons and 78-80 during warmer seasons. Request for warmer temperatures will not be accommodated, as we have a wonderful hot tub too:)
Note: There is a lock on the door to the pool for child safety. Pool is approximately 4.5 ft deep.

Parking: We have a huge driveway that can fit up to 5 cars. Larger vehicles can be accommodated.

We have a highchair and pressure mounted baby gates in the cabin.

Location: Dream Inn the Smokies is centrally located to everything including Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Gatlinburg Sky Bridge. It's a 10 minute drive to the main strip! We do welcome guests to order food and grocery delivery at their convenience.

NOTE: Road to the cabin is narrow with hills, and the gated community roads are quiet and private. Winter seasons will require more caution. Also, please note that the hills may be difficult for RVs. Refunds or discounts will not be provided due to weather-related issues pertaining to roads, internet, electricity outages that cannot be addressed by host.

Front driveway camera is installed for security purposes. We are independent home owners of this cabin and are not affiliated with the Outback Rentals.

By booking our cabin, guest agrees to the lease agreement and rules attached to the listing. Host can request for more information such as proof of ID and reason for stay within 12 hours of booking. Host has the right to cancel booking with failure to comply.

Cleaning fee includes pool and hot tub maintenance, standard cleaning, trash run. Pool cleaning is scheduled twice a week to ensure the levels are properly maintained.
