Toll gelegenes Haus

Wir durften einen schönen Familienurlaub in dem Reihenhaus genießen. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett hilfsbereit und kinderfreundlich. Der Strand ist ein Traum, auch wenn die ein oder andere Qualle einen begrüßt. Das liegt wohl an den hohen Wassertemperaturen. Das Wi-Fi ist nicht besonders stabil, was uns im Urlaub nicht besonders stört. Wir waren insgesamt begeistert!

Residence agréable

Nous avons sejourné dans ce logement en famille. Nous avons passe un agréable séjour. A proximite les commerces pas loin de bastia et de l aéroport. La plage se situe à 5 min a pied c'est très pratique.

Gerard est très gentil, se rend disponible si besoin. Appartement très bien agencé, équipement complet, proche de la plage, attention aux moustiques. Bien situé pour visiter la Haute corse

Vacanza fantastica

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, proprietario sempre disponibile. L'appartamento curatissimo a misura di famiglia con figli e animale al seguito. La nostra Kia si è subito ambientata. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi. Tutto perfetto, lo consigliamo sicuramente.

Appartamento moderno e comodo

La posizione e’ appartata ed in zona tranquilla L’appartamento molto comodo, spazioso ben arredato e vivibile anche in 6 persone Lo sbocco esterno con ampia terrazza e giardino e’ un ottimo svago anche con animali a seguito E’ previsto tutto l’occorrente sia come biancheria letti che come utensili cucina e lavatrice estremamente pratica Gerardo e’ un proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo!

Bellissima vacanza!

La casa è ancora meglio di come viene presentata, nuova, spaziosa, ben arredata e completamente accessoriata. Comodissimo il patio esterno e il piccolo giardino con barbecue. Zona tranquilla distante 5 min a piedi, percorrendo stradina interna, per arrivare alla spiaggia, lunga e poco frequentata, perfetta per la nostra famiglia con cane al seguito. Comodo anche come punto di partenza per visitare tutta la Corsica del Nord. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

location très bien mais route proche

Parfait !

Location tout confort, bien équipée et à 150m de la plage, idéal pour s'y rendre à pieds et surtout sans voiture. Situé à 10km au sud de Bastia et à 1/4 d'heure de l'aéroport, l'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans le nord de la Corse. Propriétaire très accueillant, nous reviendrons certainement.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Nous avons passés 2 semaines géniales entre amis dans cette location moderne et très bien pensée. D'abord accueillis trés gentiment par Somia, (malgré sa peur de notre gros chien de 60 kg), et très tardivemment - à près de 22h, nous avons eu la joie de constater que la climatisation était au top (et pas un espéce de vieux climatiseur qui crache un air vaguement tiède) dans les pièces à vivre (Salon-Cuisine, et les 2 chambres). Un vrai soulagement pour notre gros chien des montagnes qui supporte très mal la chaleur, et qui a pu passer ses vacances à une température quasi constante de 22°. La petite maisonnette est constituée d'une grande pièce à vivre avec 2 canapés clic-clac, belle et grande cuisine ouverte, toilettes, et buanderie au RDC + terrasse et petit jardin, et de 2 chambres doubles avec balcon commun + 1 sdb à l'étage. Les pièces sont de bonnes tailles, et l'appartement très bien équipé (Quelle joie de découvrir une machine à laver ! Plus de corvée de machines à faire en rentrant : on peut le faire à l'avance et repartir avec du linge propre. Il y a même un petit fer et une table à repasser d'appoint). La résidence est petite, et malgré le fait que ce soit des maisons mitoyennes, nous n'avons absolument pas été incommodé par le bruit du voisinage. La plage toute proche -à 100m !-, si elle n'est clairement pas parmi les plus belles plages de Corse, était plus que correcte, large, et surtout très peu fréquentée : Le paradis de pouvoir étaler sa serviette et de n'entendre à proximité que le bruit des vagues... en pleine saison estivale (fin juillet). Attention pour les familles : La baignade n'est pas surveillée. Au niveau des moustiques, malgré la présence de l'étange de la réserve naturelle toute proche, nous n'avons été piqués qu'une fois : le lendemain d'une pluie suite à un orage. (En même temps, on n'avait pas mis d'anti-moustique...). Tout les commerces nécessaires (Medecin, pharmacie, boulangerie, superette) sont à 5mn en voiture aux alentours. - Dont un excellent primeur/superette en remontant vers Bastia. 2 gros supermarchés sont à moins de 15mn. La maison est vraiment idéale pour 4 personnes - Nous y étions à 2 couples d'amis, et nous avons passé un excellent séjour, confortable, et calme. J'ai trouvé le rapport qualité-prix imbattable, surtout pour la période ou nous y sommes allés. Mr Voillemier, Somia : Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et nos super vacances ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Très agréable, à choisir les yeux fermés !

J'aurais bien du mal a trouver des points négatifs !... Location en tout point conforme à l'idée qu'on a pu s'en faire sur l'annonce : appartement moderne, très propre et convivial (type maison jumelée), la clim et le jardin avec barbecue sont un vrai plus. Linge de maison impeccable. Beaucoup de petites attentions pratiques au quotidien : machine à café dosettes, fer à repasser, parasol de plage, ustensiles de cuisine à profusion, bref il ne manquait rien. Propriétaire chaleureux, disponible et attentionné. Il a pu nous fournir deux lits parapluie pour les enfants, ce qui a considérablement allégé nos bagages ! Question cadre, rien à redire, la plage de la Marana est accessible en 3 minutes à pied, et question commodités (pain, petites courses...) il y a ce qu'il faut tout près. En tout cas, lorsque nous reviendrons, l'adresse sera déjà toute trouvée !

MAISON AGREABLE LOCATION SUPER VACANCES REUSSIES

Super location idéalement placée, vue superbe, à deux minutes à pied de la mer proche des commerces. Nous avons apprécié la maison, la propreté, le jardin, le parking facile. Nous estimons avoir été gâté par le propriétaire qui nous a permis de séjourner dans cette maison, à un prix raisonnable, super rapport qualité prix. Facile d'accès en arrivant par le port, et pour visiter LA CORSE. Merci encore et à très vite Déborah

SEMPLICEMENTE PERFETTO

Avevamo già soggiornato ad agosto 2014 e essendoci trovati divinamente abbiamo voluto tornarci anche nel 2015. Casa splendida, dotata di tutti i confort, pulita e spaziosa, a 2 passi dal mare. Assolutamente consigliata!!! Locatari disponibili a ogni richiesta!
