Exceptionnel!!!!

Villa tout à fait conforme à la description de l’ annonce avec une piscine et un jardin arboré et fleuri bien entretenu.L’ emplacement est idéal: situé près de la ville et du port.Très bon accueil du propriétaire . Nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner de nouveau.

Tres belles prestations

L'appartement est tres jolie et bien situé. Lacces au port ou au centre ville se fait tres rapidement en voiture. La piscine est magnifique et le propriétaire tres sympathique. Nous recommandons.

Séjour parfait chez Fabrice !

Merci à Fabrice pour son accueil et sa sympathie. La communication était claire, précise et réactive. Le logement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre ville et proche des plus belles plages de Corse (notamment Palombaggia et Santa Giulia). Il est idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes et offre une belle terrasse avec vue sur la très belle piscine et le jardin de la propriété. Nous recommandons le logement de Fabrice à tous les voyageurs qui souhaitent découvrir Porto-Vecchio et ses alentours.

Grosszügig und komfortabel

Der Eigentümer ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Da das Haus etwas versteckt liegt, benötigten wir eine genaue Wegbeschreibung. Die schöne Anlage besteht aus nur vier Einheiten und vermittelt eine sehr private Atmosphäre. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und grosszügig eingerichtet. Es steht eine grosse Terrasse mit Grill und Blick auf den sehr schönen Pool zur Verfügung. Der Poolbereich ist relativ neu und es gibt bequeme Liegen. Wir haben die Woche in Porto Veccio sehr genossen. Zur Altstadt sollte man das Auto nehmen, da ein Fußweg dorthin fehlt.

Villa au top !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa particulièrement bien équipée et idéalement située pour accéder à de magnifiques plages. Le parking sécurisé est un plus. Le propriétaire, très discret, a été disponible pour partager ses conseils . Le cadre est magnifique proche d’une pinède et avec la piscine sans aucun vis-à-vis, y compris depuis les terasses du logement. A conseiller sans hésitation !

Très belle surprise

Idéalement situé à 15 mn à pieds du centre ville (parking à l'entrée du village si besoin), nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu, la qualité de la location et la gentillesse de Fabrice. La maison est très bien équipée et la piscine superbe avec une eau chauffée à une bonne temperature. Tout petit bémol pour la literie, un peu molle à notre goût mais ce n'est rien de rédhibitoire. Location à choisir les yeux fermés ! Nous reviendrons volontiers!!

Fabrice est très disponible, très accueillant Sa résidence est top de chez top, propre, bien située à la fois au calme, et proche du centre, boulangerie a 200m, il ne manque rien pour la vie à l intérieur Si la Corse n était pas si belle, on aurait pu y rester 7 jours sans sortir😁 Merci Fabrice Au plaisir de vous revoir

Superbe résidence

Super séjour dans une des 4 villas de la résidence. Très spacieux, très pratique rien ne manque. Les villas etaient toutes occupées et pourtant tout était très calme. La disposition des villas et des terrasses est telle que nous n'entendions pas les voisins. La piscine est magnifique et ses abords très agréables. Idéalement situé, à 15-20 min à pied du centre-ville et du port. A 5min de la villa on trouve un très bon restaurant de burger, pratique! Toutes les plages sont entre 15 et 30min de voiture, faciles d'accès. Fabrice est très disponible et facilement joignable. Bref, que du positif !
