A unique Pocono destination! Our 3 story log chalet offers endless comfort and entertainment. With 6 spacious bedrooms, expansive sleeping loft and 4 full baths. Enjoy cooking in the well stocked kitchen while sharing laughs with friends and family around the dining table.
If quiet is what you seek take advantage of the comfortable living room, catch up on a good book by the light of the fireplace crackling in the background.
For entertainment nights head downstairs to enjoy the exclusive card room or partake in the a game of pool or foosball in the main gameroom all while watching the game. Our outside space offers a great backyard and an endless deck with ample picnic tables and grill for your group's enjoyment! Just below the deck the hot tub awaits you, after day tripping have a nice dip in the hot tub to end the night right!

The community has a beautiful beach, Pavillion, horseshoe pit, volleyball area, basketball courts and playground. Enjoy fishing from the 2 fishing docks( yes the lake is stocked!) Charcoal grill lakeside and firepit lakeside for your use as well!

Just a 4-6 minute ride away from you is big boulder/jackfrost ski, yetti motorsports, golf, mini golf, h2o water park, climb the historic split rock, venture into the state lands for hiking, gamelands for hunting, dining and much more!
Willing to take a 20 minute ride- enjoy mount airy casino, camelback ski and waterpark, Kalahari, crossing premium outlets, treetop adventures, more shopping and hiking ,white water rafting and dining!

Girls weekend

The bedrooms were perfect. Since we were a group of 12 the bed accommodations were perfect. The game room was loaded with indoor things to do. The large deck was perfect. The living room and kitchen were alittle smaller than the pictures but still all 12 fit perfectly.

Perfect House for 4 Families!

This house was perfect for 4 families, allowing 4 couples to have their own bedrooms, a bedroom for the younger girls, a bedroom for the teen girls, and sleeping space in the loft for the boys! Having 4 bathrooms was perfect for our group. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids - looked crystal clear, but had a weird smell. The game room was perfect for late evenings or when it was raining. No one was ever bored! There was plenty of seating inside and outside, but there were no umbrellas for the outdoor tables on the deck, like in the pictures. It was hot when we stayed, so we only used the outdoor seating in the evenings when the sun wasn't directly on the deck. Cornhole was provided, and the firepit was perfect. The backyard was just right for setting up our badminton net. There were no mosquitos! The owners had mosquito tubes hanging from several trees on the perimeter, which actually worked! Not one mosquito bite during our stay! We enjoyed the beach and lots of fishing from the shore, as well as kayaking in our kayaks. Definitely check out the Farmers Market down the street on Saturdays! Everything from home made baked goods, BBQ, kambucha and delicious cheeses! We would definitely return for another stay :)

Nice house for a large group

Overall the property was exactly as listed. Large enough to accommodate our group of 16. Very well stocked kitchen, any pot/pan/utensil needed was there. The outside space is great, huge deck and nice fire pit area. The little beach was nice. The community is very quiet and this was a very relaxing vacation. House could have been a little bit cleaner. It looked like it had been cleaned after the last guest, but maybe that was several weeks ago. There were dead bugs on the windowsills. Nothing gross, but could have been just a little cleaner. My only real complaint was that it is listed as having a pool, and it does not. I find the listing very misleading. Oddly enough, I ran into another couple who also said the house they were renting was listed as having a pool, but this community does not have a pool.

Great property

This house was beautiful. It is very qell taken care of and clean when we arrived. It was perfect for our 3 family vacation and would definitely stay there again. We ran out of propane for the grill during our stay and the concierge services were quick to respond and brought us 2 replacement tanks. The house is located in a community center and the security presence was all around. They questioned wrist bands at the beach, double checked our car tag at the dump station, and we saw them always driving around the neighborhood. It was so nice to see them so vigilant. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Perfect for friends with little kids!

Had a great summer long weekend stay at the log chalet. Briercrest Woods is the perfect neighborhood for a quick Poconos weekend getaway by the lake! We had 4 couples and our 7 total children and had plenty of space and entertainment in the house. Not to mention the quick drive over to the community beach on the lake which has everything needed - clean bathrooms, plenty of shade, playground with swings, basketball and volleyball courts, a nice clean sandy beach, and obviously the lake itself. We felt comfortable and safe and hope to come back again next year!

Family Vacation for adult members

This house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with clean dishware, flatware, and cooking pots/pans. There is a washer/dryer which I didn't see under amenities so I was happy about that. The loft level bedrooms were a little warm. Parking, firepit, and hot tub were good. There were specific hours for trash that wasn't provided at check in so make sure it's open when you want to drop off trash. I'd like to go back!

Wonderful time with family!

This property had plenty of room for 9 adults and 4 children from 8 months to 8 years. We enjoyed the property and the community. The beach was a hit with the children and fish swam right up to us. The house was clean, slight mix up with linens but it was sorted out. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as much as the inside spaces.

Nice but some issues

I'll try to give the benefit of the doubt here as much as possible. On the positive side, the house was nicely set up for our group of 8 (4 kids, 4 adults). Lots of bedrooms and good living spaces for everyone to gather. The kitchen had the essentials. The kids loved the game room. Location was terrific for our ski trip. The not so great: - We had trouble accessing the property (the electronic keypad was finicky) which was previously noted by some other guests. The property manager was not immediately available, so we took refuge at a local restaurant while we waited for instructions on how to workaround the keypad issues. - The stove malfunctioned and was unable to be fixed during our short stay. These things happen. The management offered a small credit towards a takeout dinner. There are no delivery options, so we ultimately passed on the kind gesture and focused on feeding the kids whatever we could air fry or pop in the microwave. - The drain stopper in the primary bedroom's bathtub was not functional. Not a huge issue for most people, but one of our kids prefers baths to showers so it was just an annoying quirk. - The hot water was unavailable for a while on our second night. Not sure the cause because no circuits were tripped and there were only 2 showers and 1 aforementioned bath. The tank was on the larger side, so this one will remain a mystery. To her credit, the property manager was pleasant to deal with when we did speak with her. We stayed during the week between Christmas and New Years, so I will give the benefit of the doubt on timeliness of communication. I'm sure this will be a great place to stay once some of the issues are worked out.

Top notch rental and service

My friends and I had a great weekend stay. Property was spacious and clean with lots of onsite amenities to enjoy. The only couple of recommendations I'd make would be to check the outdoor grill for cleanliness (it was pretty dirty) and a later checkout time like 11AM or noon instead of 10AM. Communication with the property contact was fast and friendly. Front door locked issue and parking pass issue were both handled with a quick phone call. My friends and I are already planning to come back next year and staying even longer. We can't wait!

Nice lake area and roomy house

We all enjoyed the property including the downstairs game area & outside fire pit area. The hot tub was a good temperature but there was a slight odor. The beds were overall comfy and the outdoor deck area and furniture very enjoyable. Lake area very nice and clean, great fishing. We rent quite often and a few things to take note of. There is no ice or water in the refrigerator. The circuit breakers blew a lot in the kitchen. The Living Room cushions were not that firm. No adult board games. Need all toiletries. This was a nice rental for us and our pets during September. Flat paved roads for long walks. Lots of wildlife to see. Thank you for having us. We enjoyed the train at Jim Thorpe as well.

Comfortable stay

This rental was clean and spacious and set in a quiet, secluded spot. The kids got a lot out of the game room and really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Perfect for a 5 day stay. The lake was not within walking distance but less than a 5 minute drive. We ate at nearby restaurants like Nick’s and Terra Cottage. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Getaway!

We really enjoyed our weekend away! The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy with the gas fireplace. Plenty of rooms to choose from. They all had comfortable beds and a TV in the room. There was lots of things to keep our kids busy like a board games, an Xbox, pool table, foos ball and of course the hot tub was a hit!
