Perfect place

Everything you want for a family stay in Barcelona. The apartment is perfect for a family with two kids or non. It is good size, quiet, AC works great and a what a great host. At check-in he took the time to explain the neighborhood, restaurants metro and witch grocery store had the best food etc. The dryer had a problem, the host was there within minutes took the wet laundry to dry, asking if he could return it when done. When we came back that night laundry was not only dry, it was perfectly folded on the table. Great location, safe, you are a local and not in a tourist trap.

Fantastic Choice for our Group in BCN.

Super clean and accessible apartment in great location with convenient markets/coffee shops/open street cafes etc. adjacent to building. Easy spot to grab a taxi (use FREENOW app!). We were a group of five adults - two married couples and a single friend. Spaces were all big and comfortable. Great dining table and plenty of living room/kitchen space. Beds were comfortable with quality bedding, bathrooms/showers clean and modern, kitchen had everything we needed for morning coffees and more. The markets across the street were super convenient for the basics (fruit, coffee, wine, etc). The spot is just about an easy 10 minute walk from Sagrada Familia. Host Frederic was very helpful throughout the process and at check in with information about the city and how to move about. Everything was great! Would absolutely stay here again AND very much would recommend to anyone visiting Barca!

Wonderful apartment

Absolutely wonderful stay at this well decorated, spacious and well equipped apartment very close to Sagrida Familia. The service was exceptional and the price reasonable too. Will definitely recommend to all. Communication was first class.

Fabulous apartment

There were six of us in total. The apartment was comfortable and spacious for all of us. Each apartment has its on floor. The location was great with easy access to markets, restaurants, cafes, bars , taxis , hospitals and local sights. Manager of the apartment was helpful and available. Would definitely rebook this apartment in the future when we come back to Barcelona.

Barcelona Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for a week in July. The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. We were given a map and recommendations for restaurants when we checked in, which we appreciated. Communication was great with the two gentleman that represent the property. The apartment is in great location near La Sagrada Familia. It was an easy metro ride to get anywhere in the city. We enjoyed our stay!

Gianni and Frederic were exceptionally helpful answering all our questions and making our stay very pleasant. Great location walking distance to restaurants on pedestrian only streets, La sagrada familia, and Sant Pau hospital. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona

Hand a fantastic time

We stayed at the flat for 5 nights. It’s walking distance to La Familia Sagrada and one bus to get to the beach. It was an easy check in as you will check in downstairs at their office. They’re really friendly and helpful. The flat itself was very spacious. I would highly recommend

Beautiful property!!

This beautiful property was well-equipped for our stay in Barcelona. Lots of quality restaurants and cafes within walking distance and 2 metro stops within a 5 minute walk for getting to the tourist spots. The staff answered all of our questions and gave us helpful tips to make our visit even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend!!

Très agréable séjour

Appartement pacieux très bien entretenu. A proximité de la Sagrada Familia et de Sant Pau. Également bien desservi par les bus et métro. Hypercentre de Barcelone à 25 minutes à pied. Hôte très accueillant, disponible et de bon conseil pour les activités touristiques comme pour les lieux de restauration. Je recommande à 100%.

Superbe séjour à Barcelone

A perfect choice

From the prompt response to our first inquiry to shaking hands as the helpful staff loaded our bags into the taxi at the end of our stay, we could not have been more pleased with the service we received from the - always responsive, nothing ever a problem - Frederic and Gianni. Their office is right on site which makes everything hassle free. The apartment is exactly what you want, clean, modern, secure and and well-equipped, each apartment occupying one floor of a modern purpose built apartment building. The location is ideal, within a short walk of Sagrada Família, also walkable to a great shopping centre, but more importantly to us surrounded by delightful small bakeries and specialty stores, corner cafes, Restaurants and bars, and superb small supermarkets. We ate drank and strolled our way through a delightful stay. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you!

Nice & Awesome Customer Service

Location is ideal if you’re trying to sleep as near the center it’s loud all through the night. This apartment is very close to important attractions though, and easy to navigate if using a car rental. The apartment itself is really nice, very clean and well equipped with anything you’d expect in a apartment you’d live in, we purchased food at the local supermarket to cook our breakfast and occasional dinner. Check in was easy and host was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely book again!

Comfortable apartment, responsive manager

We were two couples visiting Barcelona for a week. This apartment was a good match for us, with two baths (one en suite) and lots of space. It was clean, bright and in excellent condition. Initially there was a problem with the WIFI, but Bernardo worked on it till it was repaired. Their office is in the building, so accessible when you have a need. There is an elevator so not necessary to carry luggage upstairs. It would have been helpful to have a few more basic items in the cupboard as is usually the case with Homeaway rentals. Although the location is not near the action in Barcelona, the Metro is a few minutes away and cabs are reasonably priced and available just outside the building. A good place to stay!

Frederic and Bernardo were great hosts for our family of 6. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay while exploring Barcelona. The location is a great place to make a base. Easy walking distance to the Blue, Yellow and Purple lines. We had no issues during our stay. It’s nice that the rental office is on the first floor if you need anything for the apartment or advice for how to get around. Thank you very much, it was a great week.
