A 14th-floor Oceanfront astonishing condo! This unit is fully renovated with brand new appliances, furniture, flooring, and remodeled bathrooms. You will find a stunning Gulf-front from the spacious balcony leading from the large living area The balcony is furnished with chairs, a lounge chair, and a table. You can enjoy your morning coffee alongside the Ocean, Sunset, and Sunrise!

REQUIRED RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR E-SIGNATURE PRIOR TO CHECK IN. THIS INCLUDES AGREEMENT TO RULES AND FINES.

You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TV in the large living area and Master bedroom, with quality furnishing and decor, and free WIFI. To avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot, this unit also comes with a 7th floor reserved parking spot, in the Resorts garage. The Resort is called Shores of Panama due to it being located exactly on the beach. A 23-story equipped luxury resort with many features. These features include over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a spa, a modern fitness center(BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT), and two Tiki bars alongside the pool. On the beach, there are waterfront sports and activities, followed by a chair and umbrella rental site.

Within a few steps away from the resort, you are surrounded by a Walmart across the street, Pier Park, PCB's magnificent shopping and dining area. There are also some great activities for the family such as Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini-golf, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. You are guaranteed to have a wonderful time in PCB!

The Entire condo has a cozy bunk room with a full bathroom, a Master bedroom equipped will a tv and a spacious closet, as well as a full bath, and a large living area with a tv, dining area, and comfortable resting area. The kitchen contains bar seating, fully equipped with necessities for your comfort, and new appliances.

Great location beautiful beach view! Elevator’s suck…only complaints I have is the floor needs a bit more cleaning there way still sand in shower and on floor. And maybe a rug in bedrooms to catch sand so there’s not sand in the bed with you!

Great condo

The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The Shores of Panama has a situation with parking garage and elevators taking forever, as you will see on other reviews. How ever, the condo itself was awesome.
