Excellent séjour dans une maison pleine de charme et bien localisée

La maison est au milieu du village mais très au calme. Elle est ancienne mais fonctionnelle, très spacieuse et avec un très beau jardin. Idéal pour enfants et chuien. On a passé des vacances superbes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et prêts à aider. On reviendra!

Un sympathique séjour familial

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté du logement, le jardin accueillant, la proximité du centre ville, le confort de la literie, la tranquillité du quartier et avons passé un séjour familial très agréable. Merci aux propriétaires de partager cette maison ancienne si agréablement rénové.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem absolut empfehlenswerten Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Empfang durch die nebenan wohnende Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr groß, alt, liebevoll renoviert, inkl. mehrerer Museumsstücke☺️. Der Garten ist hübsch, mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten; es gibt eine schöne Schaukel unter dem großen Baum vor dem Haus. Der Garten ist groß und verfügt über ein Außen-WC sowie (herrlich!) eine Aussendusche. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Betten haben alle gute neue Matratzen. Die Küche ist klein, verfügt aber über alles erdenklich, mit neuem Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine sowie Spülmaschine. Das Haus liegt in der parallelstrasse zu den Restaurants sowie Metzger, Bäcker und regionalem täglichem (!) Markt von Lit-et-Mixe. Sehr praktisch! Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Altes Haus mit Charme und schönem Garten

Das Haus ist vergleichsweise alt, hat etwas schiefe Böden, die Räumlichkeiten sind etwas verwinkelt und ein Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad. Insgesamt könnte sich eine Unterbringung von 8 Personen vielleicht als eng erweisen. Aber die Lage im Ort, der kleine, aber wirklich feine Garten mit ausreichend Schattenplätzen, Grillmöglichkeit etc. laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Matratzen sind fest und gut, die Räume lassen sich auch bei großer Hitze kühl halten. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich im Umgang, auch wenn man nur wenig Französisch spricht. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Haus, um Zeit im Süden Frankreichs zu verbringen.

Sehr schöner Ort, alles notwendige im der Nähe (Geschäfte, Bäcker, Restaurants, Kino etc.),

Sehr schönes und traditionelles Fachwerhaus von einem liebevoll gepflegten Garten umgeben und direkt im Zetrum gelegen. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und verbindliche Vermieter!

Adresse à retenir

Belle location, jardin tres fleuri et agreable, des propriétaires sympathiques. Tout est à proximité, pas besoin de la voiture pour les courses, le marché tous les matins est à 2 mn de la maison. Bref, une adresse à retenir ! Et ne loupez pas le resto " l'estanquet " à Mixe, un régal !!!!

MAISON SPACIEUSE JARDIN SPACIEUX, LA MAISON OFFRE TOUT LES EQUIPEMENTS DONT ON A BESOIN EN VACANCES. LA DOUCHE DANS LE JARDIN EST TRES PRATIQUE QUAND ON RENTRE DE LA PLAGE!! "Nous avons passés un exc...

"Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, la décoration soignée et originale avec un jardin magnifique. Très pratique la douche à l'éxterieur pour se rinçer après la plage. Le village est à quelques metres et on peut tout faire à pied. Le marché de tout le jour est très bien et nous avons cherché nos légumes et fruits tous le matin à pied. Un petit cinéma just en face de la maison avec un film tous les jours. L'océan et lac pas loin en voiture ou en vélo. Les propriétaires vivent à côté et sont très gentils. Ils nous avons donné pleins de conseils sur la région et nous reviendrons une autre fois avec grand plaisir. C'était idéal pour un séjour en famille!"

"Très belle maison avec u...

"Très belle maison avec un jardin très agréable. Les chambres sont vastes et la décoration très agréable. Beaucoup de place disponible et la possibilité de garer les voitures dans la cour.Une douche extérieure permet de se rincer au retour de la plage. Le bourg est sympathique et les propriétaires le sont aussi! Une location qui permet de tomber amoureux des Landes: belle ballades à vélo et de très belles plages."

"Maison de campagne atypi...

"Maison de campagne atypique et charmante avec toutes les commodités de la petite ville accessible à pied. Pratique quand on est en groupe, chacun va au marché ou boire un pot, ou louer un vélo en toute autonomie. Du petit déjeuner au dîner = dehors,terrasse ombragée. Espace suffisant pour cuisiner (deux cuisines 1 pour cuisiner 1 pour manger, rigolo). On se sent chez soi et trés bien accueillis par les propriétaires logeant juste à côté. Trés sympa de prendre sa douche en revenant de la plage dans cette douche en accés direct par le jardin. Adresse cool pour une ambiance de vacances décontractée. "
