The house is a ground floor and is located in a holiday village, where there are only private rentals. The house is in Bungalow style: entrance porch, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Around the house there is a private garden with parking space. The house can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with sofa bed.
Both bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe, chair, window and reading lights. The bathroom is complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and roof window that can be opened with a pole.
In the garden are at your disposal deck chairs, 2 Deck Chair, Hammock, barbecue, outdoor shower with warm water and 2 old bicycles. Although the bikes are very old but very handy for example to get bread and croissants from the local minimarket in the early morning or to reach the beach quickly. PLEASE NOTE: our old bikes are NOT GOOD ENAOUGH for long bike tours!

We spend every year several days in our house and love its location because it is very quiet here: one can reach the beach super fast on foot or by bike and there is no noise from traffic, because the road ends just at the beach (100 mtr from residence mein entrance). Otherwise you can enjoy the sea air simple laying in the garden of the house. Once the refrigerator filled correctly, you can also forget your car for several days: in the holiday resort from early June to mid-September a small supermarket is open: here you can buy the essentials such as fresh bread, cutlery, cheese and vetables.
Culture, nearby lovely old villages like Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Massa Marittima are certainly a visit worth. Further south Castiglion della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Uccellina and the Giardino the Tarocchi of Nicki de Saint Phalle.
Public transport: We recommend arrival by car. However, there is a good train connection from Pisa airport to Follonica. Then, 10 km back to the small station Vignale-Riotorto, which is from the resort only 800 mt away. Here only regional trains stop.
