médiocre

la vue est très belle, mais le logement laisse à désirer. Chambre sombre avec ouverture coté moteur ventilation des salles d'eau. Excréments dans cuvette wc (traité par le propriétaire à notre demande). Douche vielliotte et porte fermant mal. Equipements succincts et disparates. Les photos étaient très flatteuses sur l'annonce. J'ai essayé de les revoir mais ne trouve que celles du 2ième appartement qui semble plus agréable.

Cadre superbe pour cet appartement

La vue sur Nice est un pur enchantement , avec la terrasse bien abritée du soleil les repas sont un moment particulièrement agréable. Le réseau de bus permet de circuler sans nécessairement avoir besoin de prendre sa voiture. Le salon / cuisine est spacieux par contre la chambre sans fenêtre est plus exiguë. Demander que la VMC soit arrêtée la nuit aux heures qui vous conviennent.

Vue exceptionnelle

Vue exceptionnelle, logement propre. Petit problème de wifi, mais le propriétaire nous a proposé d'aller sur la terrasse de l'appartement voisin, pour l'avoir. Place de parking dans la propriété, pour petite et moyenne voiture (attention pente rude)..Propriétaire sympathique et arrangeant. Le petit plus aurait été une meilleure literie, un frigo un peu plus grand, et la wifi dans tout l'appartement.

Vue exceptionnelle

Joli Appart bien équipé avec terrasse et surtout une vue sublime sur Nice et la mer. Bon accueil des propriétaires. Calme, très bien situé car au dessus de Nice mais à moins de 10 mn de la ville en voiture.

Location tout confort avec vue imprenable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur les hauteurs de Nice, bien au calme, dans cette location confortable et bien équipée (avec une cocotte-minute, par exemple). Merci à M. Delprino pour son accueil sympathique : nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Un balcon sur Nice : site exceptionnel

Habitués de séjours à Nice nous avons été saisis par la beauté du lieu : un balcon sur la ville, vision féérique la nuit, dans un lieu improbable : en lisière un d'un parc naturel. Il est très facile de rejoindre le centre ville moyennant un forfait parking tram. En quelques minutes de grande corniche vous accédez au parking gratuit, le tram est à deux pas. trois arrêts et vous voila place Garibladi et rue Miralheti où vous pourrez déguster sur le pouce socca tourte de blette ou tarte aux pommes avec un verre de rosé, cal va de soi ! Puis vous pourrez flaner dans le vieux Nice... le bonheur

Schönes, einfaches Appartement mit 5 Sterne Ausblick :-)

Das Appartement ist einfach, sehr sauber mit einem wirklich traumhaften 5 Sterne Ausblick. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Das Auto konnte sicher und kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt (Zentrum/Stadt) dauert etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten (je nach Verkehr) was bei der Menge der Parkhäuser kein Problem ist. Joseph ist ein sehr freundlicher und entgegenkommender Vermieter. Wir haben auf englisch kommunziziert. In unserem Appartment hat die Toilette kein Fenster und auch keinen Abzug. Sollte man wissen, wir als Ehepaar konnten damit umgehen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung von Joseph auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden sie auch wieder nutzen :-) Johannes / Berlin

A stunning view but the property could use a few more creature comforts some modernisati

A great location, nice and peaceful to an extent, some of our evenings were spoilt as a result of being able to hear every siren in Nice. Joseph, the owner is a nice man, as helpful as we would have wished him to be even though his broken English resulted in communication being a little difficult at times. The property is worth the money with the view over Nice fron the balcony.

Unvergleichliche Aussicht

Die Wohnung bietet einen unvergleichlichen Ausblick vom Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes über die Stadt Nizza. Sie liegt oberhalb eines Waldstreifens in einer Höhe von ca. 250 Metern auf einem Berg am Stadtrand, so dass es ruhig und auch nachts nicht so heiß wie in der Stadt selbst ist. Mit dem Auto sind Stadt und Strand aber gut erreichbar. Wir waren begeistert!

TRES BONNE ADRESSE!!!

Très agréable séjour de 15 jours dans un cadre merveilleux! Appartement très calme, lumineux, fonctionnel, propre, bonne literie, et une très belle terrasse qui offre une superbe vue sur Nice et la mer… Place de parking dans la propriété très appréciable. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute des locataires. Région magnifique. A refaire sans hésitation.

Stunning views - great apartment.

We had an amazing holiday in the cozy apartment with the stunning views over Nice city. We loved the walks in the national park next door with all its flora and fauna. It was nice and easy (and cheap - 1½ euro each way) to catch the bus down to the city (bus stop was only 3 minutes walk away). The large terrasse overlooking the entire panorama of Nice was well equipped. Our host Frederic took very good care of us with an outstanding French hospitality. We will surely be back and will strongly recommend others to stay in this lovely apartment in this beautiful part of France.

"Situation et vue du logement conformes. Intérieur pièce principale conforme. Chambre sans fenêtre très humide, salle de bain vétuste (peinture qui se décolle, bac à douche abimé) lave linge en extérieur en plein air. Pour conclure séjour agréable pour son calme mais logement mal entretenu"
