Discover this lovingly restored historic Mallorcan home on a spacious 12-hectare plot. The house was extensively renovated in 2014 and offers a modern and open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen and internet access. The accommodation comprises two comfortable bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a cosy double bed, both equipped with spacious wardrobes.
The central living and dining area forms the sociable heart of the house and is equipped with a mixed satellite TV and a flat-screen TV. One bathroom is located in the house, while another full bathroom is accessible via the terrace. The front terrace leads directly to the covered outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue and rustic seating in the shaded area.
The pool area offers pure relaxation with a permanently installed parasol and a breathtaking panoramic view over the green hilly landscape. The nearby country road takes you to the popular coastal town of Son Serra de Marina and its beach in just a few minutes and to the picturesque village of Artá in just 10 minutes.

Entspannter Urlaub

Top gelegene Finca. Trotz der sehr guten Anbindung hat man dort keinen Verkehrslärm. Super tolles Grundstück und die Vinca ist der Hammer. Wurden sehr nett begrüßt und eingewiesen. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir hatten einen rund um schönen Urlaub - die Finca hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen. Super Kommunikation, durchweg sauber sowie gut ausgestattet hatten wir einen optimalen Startpunkt für Ausflüge zu Strand etc. sowie einen Rückzugsort für entspannte Pool-/Finca-Tage.

Wunderschöne Finca mit einem tollen Pool

Marga hat uns super nett begrüßt und als wir sie wegen eines Problems brauchten, eilte sie sofort zur Hilfe. die finca und vor allem der Pool sind traumhaft. Die Aussicht vom Pool aus ist wunderschön! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic Finca

Alles war so wie auf den Fotos, und wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Betten, sehr sauber, ein sehr susgebreitetes nettes Wilkommenspaket mit Obst Wein Wasser. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Wunderschönes, ruhiges Kleinod

Eine herrliche, allein liegende Finca für 1-4 Personen. Top-Sauberkeit, sehr gute Ausstattung und ein toller Außenbereich mit vielen verschiedenen Ecken zum Entspannen. Herzlicher Empfang und problemlose Übergabe.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Finca von Magda und Pep. Beide haben uns bei Ankunft freundlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Korb mit Leckereien, was uns sehr überrascht und gefreut hat. Die Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung ist top. Es gibt nichts was gefehlt hat. Unser Sohn (2Jahre) hat sich so über die ganzen Spielsachen gefreut. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort gewesen sein!

Wunderbare Herberge zum Abschalten!!!

Die Beschreibung der Finca im Vorfeld wurde definitiv übertroffen!!! Es ist ein tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen, mit grandiosem Blick in die Berge! Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen , es wurde an jedes kleinste Detail gedacht!!! Der Außenbereich ist so vielseitig, dass man jeden Abend einen einen anderen Sitzplatz wählen kann…. Und der Pool ist natürlich bei diesen Temperaturen ein wunderbares Mittel zum Abkühlen, oder ein toller Ort, um einen netten Drink am Abend zu celebrieren ( inclusive grandiosem Blick in die Natur). Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub, wir haben schon direkt für das nächste Jahr gebucht :-)

A fantastic property with a fantastic view.!

We’ve just come back from a two week stay and had such a great time. The Villa is unbelievable, so peaceful and quite with everything you need and a spectacular view. Not overlooked by anyone we couldn’t fault the villa in anyway and love to go back. We took our 3 year old and she absolutely loved the swimming pool and toys to play with. We love cooking bbqs, so after a day at the beach (many to choose from within minutes away) we’d get back jump in the pool, open a bottle of wine and start the BBQ. You need to have a car for the property but we knew that as property slightly remote so can’t just walk to a shop but loads of shops/restaurants within 10 mins including big Lidl and local Spanish Supermarkets. Alcudia only 15 min drive away which has plenty to choose from with fantastic beaches along the way. Just want to say thank you to the agent and owners for a fantastic holiday!

Traumdomizil

Die Finca ist rundherum phantastisch. Lage, Ausstattung, der Garten mit dem Pool, die Betreuung vor Ort- alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Sehr gerne wieder :-)

Fantastische Finca

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf dieser Finca und waren total begeistert. Angefangen von der netten Begrüßung, Einweisung in das Objekt und dem Obstkorb (inkl. 1 Flasche Rotwein) zur Begrüßung, war schon die Ankunft bestens. Das Anwesen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert mit alten landwirtschaftlichen Geräten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Dieser wunderschöne Ausblick!!!!

Wir hatten zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder-9 und 12 Jahre alt) einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub in einem tollen Zuhause auf Zeit und konnten uns wunderbar erholen! Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin war super nett und herzlich!!!! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Amazing Holiday

We had a fantastic family holiday at Santa Margalida, a stunning property with lots of character. The house had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. The outside area is amazing with outdoor kitchen and barbecue with numerous outdoor sitting and eating areas. Our children lived in the pool which has stunning views and sun loungers. We explored the whole island from here with a hire car enjoying days out and spending the evenings back at the house barbecuing and swimming. Mallorca is a stunning island especially in the North away from the big tourist hotspots, but within 5 miles from the house you have Can Pickford which has all tourist attractions, our children enjoyed go carting and paddle boarding. There is also a fantastic Lidl there which has excellent food at good prices, great to stock up on wine and ice creams for the children. We all had a great family holiday here and can highly recommend it we will certainly be back 😀

Ein Traum von einer Finca

Wir haben die Finca gebucht weil Freunde schon in dieser Finca waren und sie so davon geschwärmt haben . Die Kommunikation war super . Die Finca war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht sogar für die Kinder waren spiele vor Ort . Die finca befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage das hat uns sehr gefallen das wir als Familie einfach unter uns gewesen sind . Dieser Ausblick wunderschön wir kommen als Familie auf jedenfall wieder

Kurz zusammengefasst: -unser Aufenthalt war super! -das Haus hat alles was man benötigt -für unsere Kinder war reichlich Spielzeug vorhanden -die Gegend bietet einiges zum erleben -das Engagement der Gastgeberfamilie für das Wohlergehen der Gäste ist hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Außenbereich. Leider zu nah an der vielbefahrenen Schnellstraße.

Toller Außenbereich mit schönem Pool und viel Platz. Schöner Ausblick. Einrichtung teils etwas altbacken. Kücheninventar könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Im Haupt-Schlafzimmer entfaltet sich nach einigen Tagen ein unangenehmer Geruch (deshalb wohl die vielen Raumduft-Stäbchen überall bei Einzug). Haupt-Manko ist leider die von früh bis spät relativ kontinuierlich befahrene Schnellstraße, deren Lärm man aufgrund der erhöhten Lage der Finca ständig vernimmt. Nichts für Gäste die die typische mallorquinische, ländliche Ruhe suchen.

Tolle Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr spontan, drei Tage vor Anreise, gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war super! Wir haben alle nötigen Infos umgehend bekommen. Die Unterkunft hat keine Adresse, nur Koordinaten. Das ist mit Google Maps aber überhaupt kein Problem. Vorweg: Die Finca ist genauso toll wie sie auf den Bildern scheint!! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas höher mit einem traumhaft weitläufigen Blick in die Berge. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind über 200m weg, also weder zu sehen noch zu hören. Ideal für alle, die abschalten möchten, ihre Ruhe suchen oder - so wie wir - sehr aufgeweckte Kinder haben. 🤭 Die Ausstattung war super, es fehlte an nichts. Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Gewürze, etc - alles war da! Auch sehr sauber war es. Zur Begrüßung standen ein prall gefüllter Obstkorb, Wein und Kekse für uns da. Zwischendurch haben wir sogar noch einen typisch mallorquinischen Kuchen bekommen. Ganz tolle Gesten! 😊 Kleines Highlight: Auch zwei Schildkröten liefen an der Grundstücksgrenze herum. Diese tolle Unterkunft kann man mit bestem Gewissen nur weiter empfehlen - was wir bereits schon erfolgreich getan haben! Kleiner Hinweis an die Vermieter: Ein Schutz in jeder Steckdose wäre schön. Kleine Kinder sind bekanntlich sehr neugierig, da möchte man sich nicht noch Sorgen wegen der Steckdosen machen müssen. Aber das tut der Qualität der Unterkunft keinen Abbruch. Traumhafte Finca

Die Finca ist in Natura noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Man kann sich hier in Ruhe erholen. Marga und Pep sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereite Leute. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir können diese Finca nur weiter empfehlen.

Super Objekt, die Fotos können den positiven Gesamteindruck gar nicht richtig. Fassen, es ist nochmals viel besser als erwartet. Sauber, neuwetrtig, super ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung.

Zu Hause in der Finca Sa Posada

Mit großer Erwartung sind wir zu viert angereist und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Finca ist einfach super noch besser als die Angaben im Online-Inserat angegeben, es war genau das was wir brauchten, Ruhe vom Trubel des Alltags. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Empfang durch Marga sehr freundlich und herzlich. Obst, Wasser und sogar eine Flasche Wein standen bereit. Sicher gibt es immer etwas zu verbessern, aber dann würden wir auf sehr hohem Niveau stöhnen. Mit Wehmut haben wir von Marga, "unserer Finca" und von der Insel Abschied genommen, eine Wiederholung ist nicht ausgeschlossen. Dieses Objekt können wir bedenkenlos und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Übrigens gibts jetzt auch Internet. Freizeitgestaltung, super Strände und gute Restaurants gibt es in Hülle und Fülle. Wir waren jedenfalls rundum zufrieden. Probiert es aus. Günter, Marion, Helmut und Ulrike.
