Dawn, the property manager, was very prompt in communication when concerns/questions came up. THANK YOU!
We chose this property specifically for the hot tub/heated pool features, but disappointed the heat pump never warmed either. However, we were not charged extra for the heating expense.
Upon arrival and into the first day we noticed the house just wasn't as clean as we'd expected for this, as advertised, million dollar property. (i.e. dirty floors with dirt, dust bunnies, pet hair, dirty windows with handprints, dog nose prints, etc.) One bedroom still had dirty sheets with large stain on the comforter along with pet/human hair. We were disappointed, expressed our concerns with Dawn, and she offered a complimentary clean.
The thermostats inside were not working as we couldn't control them. We followed both Dawn's and the guestbooks directions, but no luck. We were chilly at times and it would have been nice to kick it up a couple degrees.
The fireplaces/bbq were unable to light, again following the directions given in guest book. We believe the natural gas/propane needed filled?
Many light bulbs need replaced and the ice machine didn't work either. The master shower definitely needs more anti-slide strips as its got quite an incline for showering. This could be dangerous.
The property just needs a little more care and attentiveness in preparation for guests. It's absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view, but for the money paid we were disappointed.
