As you step into the main level, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath. Whether you're whipping up a delicious meal or lounging in the comfort of the living room, every corner of Splash Haven exudes warmth and hospitality.
Ascend to the second level with two cozy bedrooms, each boasting its own attached bathroom for that extra dose of convenience. The master bedroom also has a private deck offering breathtaking views of the tranquil river and lush surroundings. It's the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine under the stars
But wait, the excitement doesn't end there! Located mere steps away from the communal pool, Splash Haven ensures that every moment is filled with laughter, splashes, and delightful memories. Whether you're a water enthusiast or simply crave some poolside lounging, this rental is your gateway to aquatic bliss.
So why wait? Dive into the vacation of your dreams at Splash Haven, where riverside serenity and endless fun await at your doorstep.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.
Splash Haven has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.
We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation and respect for our homes. Thank you for helping us provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
