Beautiful 7th floor 3BR 2BA AT THE LOW DENSITY MARISOL W/ BEACH CHAIRS!

***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

This 7th floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a king size bed.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids. For the 2023 season there is a brand new fridge, dishwasher and range!

This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

Great place, id stay there again

Accurate listing, easy check in, great elevators, beach great spot, good location. Parking was easy, easy check out. Only complaints, mattress in master bedroom could use updating, it was almost like sleeping on just springs. Internet was really slow too. Didn't watch much tv except what was cast from my ph. Also had to take a vizio remote from another room to get master tv to turn on. And the battery hatch was missing on vizio remote. We would definitely stay here again.

Great trip!

We loved our stay at Marisol, Condo was just as described. Beautiful views, lots of space and conveniently located near many attractions. The condo had everything we needed. The only issue we had was trouble figuring out how to work the TVs. But we didn't call for help either as we stayed busy. We would Definity stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. Family vacation

Wonderful condo in a great location. Got to get family and soon to be family together to make memories. Had lots of fun. I recommend everyone who has a chance to stay. My only concerns were the showers and the balcony cleanliness!

Marisol Condo

Bed was dirty and literally had dead bugs in it, along with a ton of hair. Place wasn't clean in general. Door handle just came off one of the doors. One of the outlets that had a lamp hooked up doesn't work. What appears to be mold all over the bathroom ceiling. I called once and was informed someone would replace my sheets that had hair and bugs, that never happened. I sent an email to the property manager and never head back. Condo was big and mostly nice, some updates are needed and the cleanliness was a big concern. Wouldnt recommend, especially for the price. Habe plenty of poctures of issues mentioned above for reference.

Summer vacation 2023

We were very pleased with the parking and checking in with codes for the door. Made it very easy. Condo had a beautiful view and cold air conditioning! And very hot water and pressure for a shower! Security also a plus. I liked knowing people in our building, had to know the codes to get in. Definitely would stay here again! ❤️

The condo is spacious. Beautiful site. Location is great, centrally located. Not perfect the cleaning people need to really do a better job. And the owners need to review the job for up keep they are paying for.somethings need to be updated such as the patio furniture. One of the chairs is broke. And the garbage disposal is locked up. Overall its things that didn't matter with me and my wife.

Cleanliness lacking

It looked as though no one had even cleaned the room at all. Floors dirty, nail clippings in the shower and food crumbs in the sofa bed. An unopened Slim Jim snack was laying by the couch on the floor. Whoever is the cleaning service needs to be fired. If I owned the property, I would be ashamed to rent it to anyone if it's gonna be in that shape all of the time. Seems like the owner could invest in cleaning the upholstery on the couches at least one a year. The room itself was very spacious and roomy. The biggest I've stayed in. I woanuld stay again if they change cleaning companies. People need to take more pride in the way they clean.

Great location, poor communication

We absolutely loved the location of this condo, and the condo building. However, the condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some updating. The MAJOR COMPLAINT we have is that during our entire stay, we did not have a working TV in the living room, zero WI-FI, no laundry room light, and a balcony door that was almost impossible to open. These things wouldn’t have been such a huge deal, except for the fact that I saw a review that was left about a month before our trip(well after we had already booked) stating these EXACT SAME ISSUES and within that month none of them had been fixed. We contacted the owner 2 times during our stay, called the phone number listed on the email for addressing internet issues, and still nothing was resolved. The only message I received from the owner was “sorry for the late response, has anyone fixed the issues?” And then nothing else. We vacationed with 4 small children, and it really would have been nice to have had a working television and internet during our stay considering they are listed in the amenities on the condo listing.

Nice place

Location is great and parking is easy. The condo is nice but the floors need a deep cleaning under beds and furniture. The pool is not heated and very cold. Overall I would stay again because it is not too busy and the beach is perfect.

great place

the location was great and living space was great. I would stay again. I didnt have TV service in the master suite or the main living space. The only other problem was not extra paper products found like toilet paper and paper towel.
