Designed with an ode to Palm Springs' colorful past, this spacious and airy 4-bedroom home is in the Desert Park Estates neighborhood of the city. Our relaxing oasis features a large outdoor space complete with pool and spa, chaise lounges overlooking the mountains, brand new dining room furniture, and tons of open living space to enjoy and relax in. We feature a private casita, fully equipped with an arcade game and shuffle board, along with a large bocce ball court...everything to keep you fully entertained during your stay!
The home is furnished with stunning mid-century modern inspired furniture, along with eclectic touches that evoke the past and present vibrancy of our desert community. The bright and airy living room contains a large couch, additional seating, a flat screen SmartTV, and plenty of room for you to relax and unwind in. The living room opens out to the spacious dining area, which contains an eight-person table that’s ideal for dinner parties. The new and reconfigured kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of countertops for you to create that perfect meal. It has glass doors that open out to the backyard dining area, perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.
Our four bedrooms are inviting and all feature SmartTVs, along with comfy, cushy mattresses for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. The master bedroom contains a plush California King-size bed and contains an en-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, and stylish subway tiles.
The second bedroom has a comfy Queen-size bed, plenty of room to stretch out in, and ample closet space. The third bedroom has a large bunk bed with two double mattresses. The room is absolutely perfect for friends traveling together, and is also ideal for kids. The two rooms share a spacious guest bathroom, which also has a newly renovated shower with gleaming subway tiles.
Our separate casita features a large California King-size bed, separate couch and seating area, along with an arcade cabinet with 10,000+ games and a shuffleboard table that offer hours of fun. It opens out to the pool area, and feels like its own little oasis.
The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show at this property, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains in either direction. Several comfy chaise lounges with colorful accent pillows, two outdoor dining room tables, and plenty of seating allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a natural gas BBQ grill for that perfect outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.
Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary Wifi throughout the house, SmartTVs, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, one car garage parking, and complimentary toiletries in every bathroom.

Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. They will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. They are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
The property is located in the gorgeous Desert Park Estates neighborhood of central Palm Springs. Nearby attractions include the many restaurants and nightlife of Downtown Palm Springs, the galleries and hot spots of the Uptown Design District, the world famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Palm Springs Air Museum.
The house is a quick Uber or taxi ride from Palm Springs International Airport. It’s also surrounded by an endless array of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping options. Grocery stores and gyms are all close by, and we provide recommendations for anything you might need.

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 12 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 8 people.
- Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are allowed (2 pets max), with a fee of $100 per pet. Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat).
- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
- Spa heat only is $25/day.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:

● $150: each additional 30-night block
