Overall View of our stay
We enjoyed the villa, and pool, we found the double beds uncomfortable and only soft pillows. Suggest some two pin to three pin adaptors for power outlets and ceiling fans for hot evenings. Also suggest sheets and towels be included in the overall price and not extra. Robert

This property is exactly what we hoped it would be. A quiet backstreet with a garage for bikes and a big garden and heated pool. The location is perfect with a 2 minute stroll to the market. It’s a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. My only comment for others is that the fourth bedroom is on an open mezzanine so be mindful of that as it’s got steep stairs and might not suit smaller kids. It was all so easy. Parking in the little car park behind the house was free and always had space. Will book again.

Bon séjour au Bois Plage
Bon séjour, très bon accueil de Cindy. La maison est un peu étroite pour 10 personnes (2 salles de bain et seulement 3 chambres fermées), et les draps ne sont pas compris dans la location mais à part ça, la maison est bien équipée, agréable, et très bien placée

Agréable séjour au Bois Plage en Ré. Au centre, tout commerce à proximité. Piscine chauffée, joli extérieur. Attention aux marches un peu partout dans la maison, à déconseiller aux familles avec enfants. Petit bémol sur la propreté, essentiellement des ustensiles de cuisine, hotte grasse, tiroirs pas propres etc… ménage obligatoire facturé 150€, correct si irréprochable

Gemütliches Haus mit schönem Pool in toller Lage
Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage im Haus verbracht. Markt und alle möglichen Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen, auch den Plage des Gollandieres erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und der Garten mit Pool ist perfekt zum Relaxen nach einem Ausflug. Auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz vorne a der Straße war eigentlich immer was frei. Die Kommunikation mit Cindy war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Sprich: Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Nur ein Hinweis; das Haus hat verschiedene Ebenen mit ein paar Stufen im Wohnzimmer und im großen Schlafzimmer und ist somit nicht barrierefrei bzw mit sehr kleinen Kindern (oder Oma und Opa) ist Vorsicht geboten. Wir haben Stühle davor gestellt, war kein Problem, sollte man nur wissen.

Un WE prolongé avec des amies dans cet endroit chaleureux. Une gérante très à l'écoute et disponible. Emplacement idéal pour une découverte de l'île coté est. Le seul bémol est la propreté du logement.

die Aussenanlage und der Pool waren vollkommen in Ordnung, allerdings ist das Objekt im Innenbereich total veraltet und auf gar keinen Fall für 10 Personen nutzbar! Die Verwalterin des Objektes allerdings ist einzigartig gut und engagiert!!! Wir würden für so viel Geld dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen. Wir persönlich möchten auch kein Objekt mehr buchen bei dem es keine Mülltonnen gibt und wir unseren Abfall durch den ganzen Ort fahren müssen um ihn zu entsorgen. Auch dies geht nicht in dieser Preiskategorie.

Super séjour dans une maison vraiment agréable
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison avec piscine chauffée. La maison est très belle, bien équipée et spacieuse. Le cadre est calme et agréable. Proche du marché, des commerces et des plages, l’emplacement est idéal. De plus, la gérante immobilière était vraiment très sympathique.
