Beach front condo facing Carpinteria State Beach with views from every window. This newly remodeled and fully updated one bedroom and one bath condo is on the ground floor of a quaint fourplex beach condo. The unit has direct private access to beach. The complex has an old California beach community vibe that shares lushly landscaped grounds. The entire unit is freshly remodeled with full size kitchen, bath shower combo and large vanity area. All new appliances and new gas and electric heaters will make your stay more comfortable. There is a queen size bed and ample room to store your belongings in large dresser and armoire. Black out curtains and newer windows make sure you have a good night sleep. The living room has a new high quality Joybird queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate two more people. The open concept common room has views from all windows. Front windows gaze at the Santa Ynez Mountains, Carpinteria Salt Marsh Reserve, garden patios lush landscaping and the rear glass sliding door has views of Carpinteria State Beach and the Channel Islands off in the distance. Important: please note that Carpinteria city builds a sand berm directly out front to protect beachfront properties from high surf events. The sand berm will obstruct the ocean view during the months it is in place which is typically from the end of November until the middle of March but this varies year to year. The condo is surrounded by landscaped patio areas for outdoor dining and barbequing. Perfect for long term or short term (1 week minimum) stays so bring your beach towels and flip flops to enjoy this unique California beach location.

We love staying here! Bill and Lauren have a cozy, perfect home for my husband, adult son and I to spent time in Carpinteria for our annual family gathering. The house has everything we need and is well stocked with kitchen ware for our stay. The short walk to the beach cant be beat.

We already love Carpinteria, so to stay so close to the beach was a treat. The condo is bright and beautifully decorated. We just loved it. The surrounding condos and houses are lovely and quiet and we could hear the waves. The hosts were very responsive.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing week at this property. It was the perfect location for us. The owners were very communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They also were very responsive when we had questions. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make our trip a great one. The property was spacious, and we were very comfortable and felt safe while we were there. It was very quiet and peaceful as well which we enjoyed in the evenings when it was time to relax after our days at the beach. We will definitely be making this property one of the ones we stay at again in the future. Thanks for a great trip!

Condo on the Beach

Very responsive owners and a condo on the beach. The only issue was the noisy tenant upstairs (family with little kids and a barky dog). But they were only there for part of the visit and it is unlikely that another VRBO member would encounter a similar problem.

The Perfect Beach Cottage

This beach house is our fav little spot. It's nearly beachfront property, very clean and a perfect stay. The owners are quick with their responses. We have stayed here two years in a row for Spring Break and have loved it every time. Zero issues! Can't wait for next year.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of four. The condo has everything you need to make your stay easy and convenient. Surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom condo. Great views from all windows which can open for that nice ocean breeze that are also equipped with shades and blackout curtains. All the furniture, kitchen and appliances were very clean and in great working order. The unit has three different entry/exit points to Sandyland Rd, the beach, and Ash ave which we loved as well. We've stayed in numerous rentals around the area and this has turned out to be one of our favorites. Bill was very prompt with any questions we had and couldn't be more accommodating. FIVE STARS!

We love this beach front condo. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Perfect for small family and has beautiful outside patio space for hanging out, having meals and fun. Walking distance to town. A perfect beach getaway.

Beautiful and So Comfortable

We stay at a lot of beach rentals and this is definitely one of the nicest ever. The bed and furniture are clean and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful touches like black out curtains over the blinds, a well stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer with detergent. The location is also perfect. The small deck looks out directly to the ocean and you get the same view from inside. From the dining table you can see the mountains and the ocean. It's spectacular and peaceful at the same time. We definitely want to return. My family members saw the place and intend to rent it themselves.

Perfect location

We loved the location and accommodations. We have many family members that reunite on this beach every summer and rent places all around the area. This was a great find. Communication with Bill was great and he was flexible with our timing. Our family appreciated the opportunity to stay here.

The perfect beach stay in Carp. Steps away from the sand with an ocean view!

This cottage was roomy, perfect for a week with great ocean views and a few steps to the sand. Very clean and décor was point on. I have stayed in Carp for years but never knew about this little gem. We've already booked for next Spring. Shhhh.... I'm keeping this little gem all to myself :)
