Close to the center, modern and tastefully furnished apartment in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the Kurhaus, the Festival Hall, in the Black Forest mountains and 'with good visibility' of the Rhine valley even to the Vosges. Experience fantastic sunsets.
A place to feel comfortable in all seasons. Ideal for Festspielhaus visitors, congress guests and business travelers, as well as for hikers, climbers and mountain bikers.
You can choose from a short distance to enjoy the cultural highlights of Baden-Baden.
In a few minutes walk from the Festspielhaus, as well as the baths quarter with Friedrichsbad and Caracalla Spa. For spa and Burda Museum takes you a short walk (15 min.) Along the Oos.
A bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes. Bus connections to all parts of the Black Forest, the ICE train station and Baden-Baden Airport (FKB).
The apartment has a new bathroom with a facilities for discerning guests, a bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, 2 coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc.).

ruhige schöne Lage und doch nah am Zentrum

geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse zum Süden hin, funktionale Einrichtung mit vielen praktischen Details. Die Fußgängerzone erreicht man über einen mit Treppen ausgestatten Hang in wenigen Minuten.

Kleines Idyll im Schwarzwald

Exactly as pictured. Quiet, safe and in a great location if you can handle some stairs. Come and go using level 1 in the elevator to make the climbing easier.

We enjoyed the apartment except for the many stairs and steep hill necessary to get to and from city center. Perhaps that should be listed in description, at 68 and 71 it was difficult, which caused us to take taxis more often.

Ferienwohnung fast in der Stadtmitte

Es ist eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Vom Objekt kommt man über drei Treppen runter, dass man nach einem kurzen Fußweg direkt in der Innenstadt ist. Das Auto wird dafür nicht benötigt. Die Ferienwohnung punktet auf jeden Fall mit dem sehr schönen Ausblick, da sie im obersten Stock liegt, sie ist bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.

Wunderschöne FeWo mit Blick auf Baden Baden

Fussläufig in die City. Objekt hatte grossen Balkon mit Tisch und Liegen. Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich grosses TV. Küche sehr klein. Doch zum Zubereiten von Frühstück jnd Brotzeit ausreichebd. Spülmasch.vorhanden. Schlafzi klein mit grsszügigem Kleiderschrank. Insgesamt alles top!

The good-good life in Baden Baden

We enjoyed our stay here very much despite a health problem that required emergency treatment. Very glad we booked for six nights, which gave us the flexibility to deal with a serious medical issue while still doing our priority activities in Baden Baden. It was a pleasure to get into a nice apartment after several weeks in small hotel rooms; the extra bonus was being able to do our laundry, bring home leftovers, and make our own coffee and breakfast. Ellen was central to getting the medical treatment needed and otherwise was very supportlive, professional and informative. We found the trains/transit/taxis very workable and enjoyed walking in this very health orientöd city.

Light, airey and convienent flat in Baden Baden

The flat provided us with a quiet and convenient location for a few days downtime. Close to town centre with easy access down its own stairs and lift to the town. Baden Baden is a lovely place to visit in the autumn with lots of opportunities for walking available locally. Will be telling our friends about the great time had here.
