About this property

DIFY Vaise - Quartier Valmy

Modern and cozy apartment, located a few steps from the Valmy metro, line D and a few stops from downtown Bellecour.

This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 3 people (one bedroom with a double bed / Living room with sofa bed ). Our flat is located on the first floor no elevator.
You will enjoy the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities:
- A spacious main room with an American kitchen
- A spacious and friendly living room: 1 sofa bed, TV, wifi (fiber)
- One pleasant and quiet bedroom with double bed
- A bathroom (shower)

If you arrive at the Part-Dieu train station, you can take the metro line B towards Stade de Gerland to the Saxe-Gambetta stop and then take line D towards Gare de Vaise to the Valmy stop. The apartment is located a few minutes away by foot.

The cleaning fee includes cleaning upon arrival and after departure, as well as linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay. We will ask you to show the corresponding ID for your reservation when you receive the keys. Feel free to tell me more about your arrival time.

Check-in time start at 5pm.

At your departure at 11am, please leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival. The cleaning fees will be charged a second time if you do not respect the departure time limit.

Appartement correct et fonctionnel même si les équipements sont plutôt bas de gamme. Quartier très agréable et commerçant sans en avoir les inconvénients. L'appartement est en effet au calme. La procedure d'acces est très precise mais il a malheureusement fallu la réclamer le jour de l'arrivée ce qui a généré un peu de stress...

Belle pièce de vie . L’appartement est propre à l’intérieur, belle décoration 😊.
Belle expérience en famille . Belle décoration à l’intérieur de l’appartement on y trouve tout ce dont on à besoin . L’extérieur ne donne pas envie (porte pour accéder à la copropriété ainsi que les escaliers et Rez de chaussée ). Nous avons passé un très beau séjour 🤗je le recommande
