Welcome to your newly renovated lakeside vacation home. A very quaint & cozy home just a 3 min walk to Morse lake in beautiful Cicero, In. Our home comes with a private neighborhood dock where you can swim or use our 2 kayaks or go fishing. We offer a wood burning fireplace for the chillier months. We are just a few mins from downtown Cicero where you'll find the infamous 10 West & Boathouse restaurants. We are 10 mins from RUOFF music center, 15 mins from Grand Park & 45 mins from Indy.
There are 2 exterior security cameras; one in the front and one in the back.

Sweet Get Away!
We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts thought of everything from cozy blankets to coffee and really nice body wash. Their recommendations on great food and coffee shops were spot on! Our son loved the big back yard and hitting up the playground across the street. The location was great and all the locals were super friendly. We plan to come back very soon!

Perfect for a family getaway
We attended a family reunion nearby. This house provided a comfort place for us to stay just mini from our plans! Also, the house is close to Indianapolis. We were able to spend a rainy day at the museum of art.

The only thing we did not like was all the air fresheners pluggged into the walls! The three of us are sensitive to febreeze type fresheners and had to open windows to air the home out. It also would be nice to have screens on the windows.

Great stay and communication
We booked on short notice and were super happy with the home as well as clear and immediate communication with the host Cara. Great open floor plan, with 3 bedrooms, perfect for a family stay. Nice outdoor space, would have used it more if we had stayed longer. What you get is what you see in the pics, everything was outstanding. Restaurants and water is close. Host was fantastic, due to the short notice and the reason for coming to town, we did have a couple last minute requests. Cara was immediate to response and great to work with. Highly recommend the home for anyone visiting Cicero or the general area, especially in the summer months when you can take advantage of the water. Easy 5 stars!

Family Trip to Meet New Grandson
This property was everything it showed on line and more. It was a very quiet and nice neighborhood and our family had a wonderful time enjoying each other and making new memories together. It was relaxing and we enjoyed the open concept of the home as well as the outdoor dining are and play area for a toddler. A great time was had by all and our hosts were wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. A very warm and cozy place to stay and so very peaceful. We hope to be back !!!!!

We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area and it provided everything our family needed. Access to the home was simple and the welcome documents Cara provides explain everything about the property and the quaint town of Cicero. This home is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 visiting the area.

Great home
We stayed for 3 days for the Ironman Muncie Race with 3 racers and family. The home had plenty of room to spread out and prepare for the race, a garage to safely keep our bikes, great big kitchen for a big pre-race meal, great tv for streaming pre-race videos, comfortable beds with 3 separate bedrooms and plenty of hot water for showers! Also, nicely stocked kitchen with misc items like salt,pepper creamer and coffee etc. We were sad to not have time to be able to take advantage of the nearby lake and kayaks. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. Despite it being an hour from the race, we would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous remodeled house, Close to the lake.
The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was right near the lake. The boat slip was a little small and challenging to get a larger boat into but overall loved everything about this rental.

Nice Lake Community
Very nice area with much to do. Enjoyed the water park, Municipal golf courses and restaurants. Home was well equipped and very clean. Would recommend this place for family needing 3 bedrooms and looking for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic VRBO
This was the perfect location and property for our stay. Cara is amazing - she responds almost instantly to any questions or needs you have. The property is very well appointed with everything you need to have a fantastic lakeside stay. The boat dock is just a few blocks away, my 85 year old mother walked with us to the dock and had no problems. We watched the fireworks from afar - how fun was that! Since this is near the lake, you will have to get used to a few spiders and webs, but the home is very clean and is a great place for kids. She even had a sound machine, kids toys, and an outdoor playground. It was a blast. I highly recommend it. My daughter has already said the next time they come back to Indiana to visit family, they want to stay there again!

A wonderful experience!
This was my first time using VRBO and it was a wonderful experience! My Husband and I spent a couple nights here with 2 other couples to getaway, boat, and just spend quality time together. The house, location, and the host were all even better than expected. The house is adorable and the host has gone above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay, The house came with a boat slip which made the trip so much easier than having to take our boat out of the water each day. The lake was good in size, we found a nice cove to hang out in and were even able to dock at a restaurant and walk up to eat - very fun! We highly recommend The Boat House Kitchen and Swan Dive! Thank you Cara for all of your help and providing the perfect place for our getaway! We definitely plan to return! :)

A FANTASTIC Place To Stay
We can’t say enough wonderful things about the house and the host. The home was spotlessly clean, generously appointed with incidentals, and a quick walk to the lake. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and right at home. An absolutely perfect place to stay.
