Avoid the crowds from all of the high-rise condos and stay in this beautiful laid-back private home! Blue Pelican is only steps away from the Emerald Coast with multiple Beach Access points! This home is newly built with all NEW modern decor and kitchen appliances! Have to work during your stay? No worries! Use the private office! After your work is done sit back and relax out on the patio soaking up the sun!

Your home can accommodate 4 small vehicles or 2 large vehicles. There is no parking allowed on the street!
**The garage is not for guest use.

**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. There was an alarm on the pool door , which I totally understand, but we were all adults and didn’t need it to be constantly going off when opening door. Asked if we could disconnect it , they said absolutely not. It was very annoying. Also, when I received check in instructions then and only then did I find out the hot tub was

Great beach house
Our family had an excellent time at this property. It’s a quick walk to the beach and had a great pool. The section of the beach is much less crowded than others in the area. The water was warm and crystal clear. Would recommend this property!

The house seems to be much bigger in person. While we were in Florida it was really hot both day and night so the poop came in handy. Loved the outdoor covered area at night. The owners were really prompt on getting any information out to me as needed. This was my first house rental vs the condo I’ve ever done and I won’t be going back to the condos. This seemed to be much more private which was awesome. If you plan to stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Thank you for providing a perfect getaway for my family! The house was extremely clean, cohesively designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed (towels, extra pillows, fully stocked kitchen, laundry pods, wireless printer, etc), including thoughtful extras (games, a welcome guide, magazines, a pool floaty, a guest book to sign etc). The neighborhood was quiet, a quick walk to the beach, and a close drive to Pier Park for restaurants and shopping. We definitely recommend this home to our family and friends, as well as yours. House was clean and beautiful
First off the house is beautiful and clean. No complaints whatsoever on the cleanliness or the location. A couple things we did have trouble with was the pool and there is no golf cart for guest use. In the rental agreement I signed a waiver to use a golf cart at this property but after arriving was told the golf cart is not for guests to use. Even though there are several documents on the property about how to access the golf cart. I got a text from property manager saying do no use the golf cart. That was disappointing as it would have been helpful on our walk to the beach. The second issue was the pool not being clean upon our arrival. It was actually pretty disgusting when we arrived. I immediately contacted the property manager and was told the pool people would be out that day. Nobody came so I contacted management again the next day and nobody came. Finally on day 3 of our trip someone came to clean the pool. Overall I loved the property but was not real happy with the pool situation or golf cart not being available. And bring plenty of bug spray and citronella candles for the pool area because the mosquitoes were out in full force.

Amazing Place
We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway at this private home. Everything was just perfect during our stay. The home is very well taken care of and they provided ample amount of supplies to get you started. The private pool was an added bonus we used pretty much everyday! The beach is also an easy walk from the house and not crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

The house was SUPER clean!! Cleanest I have ever seen before. I appreciate the housekeepers that took the time to get everything ready for us. Everything looked very detailed and planned. We had no issues with such a clean and nice home.
