The Space:
I am So Swamped is a spacious open floor plan and fully equipped one bedroom condo. The living area offers a queen size sleeper sofa with a 55” flat screen TV. The full sized kitchen offers everything to cook your catch of the day and you’re able to entertain your guest.

The master bedroom offers a plush king size bed, 40” smart TV. The master bedroom also has a private patio to enjoy the evening breezes or enjoy your morning coffee.

After a fun day in Port A, drop your beach gear and soak up some sun at the pool. Enjoy all the local restaurants, shops and everything that Port A has to offer.

Two parking spaces available with limited additional guest parking, boat parking allowed.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY:
• All linens such as sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforters/duvet covers (flat sheets, pillow and pillow cases are also provided for sleeper sofas).
• Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats (we provide 1 bath towel per guest with an additional 2). A starter kit of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap are included.
• Every home has a fully equipped kitchen. You will have all the basics including cookware, utensils, table settings and common appliances like stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and keurig.
• A starter setup of two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent pods, dish soap and sponge (we suggest you bring additional of these items).
• Parking is included at every property, but make sure you understand exactly how many vehicles can park at the property you’re renting.

This place is in a great location. Nice fresh paint. All the necessities & more. Just like the pictures. Their are some minor improvements. Flickering light for the washer & dryer area. The toilet needs a new flush kit. Slow filling tank. Everything else was great! Definitely will stay again. Thank you.

I am so swamped was exactly as posted. It was clean and spacious! If you are a light sleeper I suggest reserving one of the upper condos at La Bahia…we had a little runner above us! 💕 Overall it was GREAT! We would definitely use again!

This place could not be better located. You turn right and you’ve got groceries, bars, restaurants. You turn left and you have beach access or Corpus. It is really pet friendly and great value for a couple.

Great little getaway
The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 16 year old son. It’s was clean and comfy. We didn’t use the kitchen since it was just a one night stay but they had the kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, pots and pans as well as all the necessary utensils. Next time we go for a longer stay we will definitely rent here again. Location was perfect too.

The condo was just as pictured. The pool was really nice and just a few steps away. The bed was comfy! Coffee wasn't provided but gave me a reason to hit up Coffee Waves. We were only in Port A for one night, but we enjoyed the stay.

Great location, both close and far enough!
Perfect location with a golf cart. It is just off a main street which allows for both quiet evenings and easy access to everything. The condo was super clean and there was an abundance of parking (which is hard to find in Port A.). We didn't use the pool but we did have drinks out there at night. It was relatively private for condos and quiet. There was a little mishap with the wrong code at check-in. We arrived 15 minutes early and were told that they'd have to send a service person to change the code manually so we said we'd just wait. When it was 4:00, the code we were sent was incorrect so I had to call again. They were able to reset it without sending someone (so not sure if they were fibbing initially or what). Regardless, the contact we were given was responsive and got it fixed for us. We also stay on the ground level. The ceilings are very thin so take ear plugs. Our upstairs neighbors during our stay were very heavy footed the entire night. All in all, we had a lovely stay and I would definitely rent this condo again in the future!

Spring Break Getaway
It was a great stay with my family and dog, hard to find rentals that are pet friendly and don't cost an arm & leg. We utilized the grills and the pool (bit on the small side) but I'm sure everyone goes to the beach. The location is close proximity to the beach and dollar general was practically just across the street. Property Manager (Josh) replied fast to all my questions via email and accommodating when we ran out of trash bags and toilet paper. Must bring your own as only a few is provided. Would recommend that they put hangers in the closet or get a big dresser for the Master Bedroom, we didn't have much places to put our clothes, as we were there for 5days. You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors after awhile it sounded like a marching band and got quite annoying in the later hours while trying to sleep. All in all it was a good stay.
