Quiet neighborhood

Nice home. We came with family and had plenty of room. As mentioned in another review, there are some minor items that need to be repaired but overall was nice place. The one thing that was a bit odd for us was that there is a basement apartment but no communication that someone else was staying on property till I asked about possibly renting that when extra family decided last minute to come. If I hadn’t asked, we would not have known and that could have been really disconcerting. They were very prompt in responding to texts or calls & very kind and polite.

Relatively Quiet

Close to local shopping and the expressway, but far enough away to be in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Could use some minor handyman maintenance on some doors and cabinets, but all is still functional. Would stay there again.

Great stay for a softball weekend

Rented the home for a youth softball tournament over memorial weekend-- worked perfect for 5 of us. Able to spread out and washer and dryer great for washing uniforms. Water pressure not the best in master bedroom shower but we still got clean! Beds were Comfortable and the place was clean. The basement was also rented out why we were there -- did not really hear them much-- maybe talking one morning.. but we were above them so maybe they heard us more. Is on the corner of a fairly busy residential street and can hear traffic at night/ cars riding by with loud music -- but wasn't a big deal for us. Would stay again.
