Enjoy the spectacular view of The Gulf Mexico in this beautifully newly remodeled 3 bedroom condo with heated pool and tennis/pickle ball court. The Master Suite with king bed and walk- in shower includes a full view of Gulf sunsets. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms provide a queen and two double beds for a restful night sleep for the vacationing family/friends. The second full bath has a tub and shower.

You may relax on the balcony to watch the stunning sunsets or enjoy your morning coffee, often with a view of frolicking dolphins. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with views of the Gulf which will enhance your meals and game nights. A 55” TV in the living room is perfect for watching movies and your favorite sporting events. The large sandy beach is a step from the heated pool so that you may enjoy both at your leisure. The pool is also handicapped accessible.

The condo is within walking distance of many great restaurants and playgrounds. It is a short drive to grocery stores, shopping, museums and popular attractions. Two local airports service the area; Tampa International and St. Petersburg/Clearwater.

IMMACULATE!
This was the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in! It had absolutely everything you could need, down to a high chair and silverware for our baby, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach & bath towels! The beds were out of this world comfortable! My husband and I kept saying we didn’t want to leave because of how comfortable the beds were! The couch was also comfortable! We will 100% stay here again! Beth was so wonderful and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect!! Outside of the hustle and bustle of the craziness! It was low key, quiet, calm! It was absolutely perfect!! 10/10!!

Amazing Family Vacation
We normally vacation in Maderia Beach, but as our family grows, we need more room. Found this beautiful condo and we will be planning our future trips here. Great Beachside Condo
We picked a great week to stay at the property. It was super quiet and the beach was wide open which was perfect for beach combing after the storm that blew through. The condo was very nice and a great location. The updates in the condo were well done and it had a very good feel. Having 3 bedrooms and 4 beds turned out perfect for our adult family of 5. Would definitely stay here again and Beth was very prompt to reply to any questions.

Beautiful property and location
We had an amazing vacation! The condo was very nice, it was clean and had all the amenities we needed and some. The beach is clean and not crowded. The pool area is cleaned daily and kept nice. The only thing I would've liked to be different was the patio furniture. It wasn't very comfortable or something you can relax on and watch the beautiful sunsets. I would definitely book again!

overall impression of general property...average. overall impression of this specific unit...SUPERB! we had switched to this unit after realizing a pre-chosen unit a family member picked would not work for us. Found this unit on my own and couldn't be happier with Beth's hospitality, unit cleanliness, and availability of anything we needed on site. three other units rented from family all proved to be sub-par compared with ours and we were just thrilled. property well maintained and some owners seem to really vest time and hard work into the overall conditions...kudos to those peeps. thank you to Beth and her team...Mary and Andrew.

Fantastic Beach Stay
We had everything we needed for a family Thanksgiving at the beach !! There is a well stocked kitchen for meals and plenty of room to eat & relax. The beds are all super comfy. The full size washer/dryer is great !! The beach chairs are already there along with plenty of towels . This was our second year staying in this unit and we definitely plan to make it an annual event.

Amazing beach condo with stunning sea view!
From start to finish Beth and Mary were great to deal with, the accommodation was spotless and well equipped for all 6 of us. The bedding was noticeably of good quality as were the furnishings, many other places we stayed in on our 7 week vacation were not, it is the small details that make a big difference to us. Great beach access, location for shops and good quality restaurants, I have a feeling we will stay again in the not to distant future.

Excellent location
Third time staying at Seaoats but first time in this unit. Condo was very well maintained and updated. Lots of room and easy access to beach, the pool wasn't overly crowded most days. Mary, the property manager super easy to work with and responded promptly when needed. Redington Beach over all is perfect for us as it's very low key but still only about 20 minutes if you prefer the activities from Clearwater.

The condo is wonderful with amenities included to make your family stay enjoyable and as easy as possible. The condo is beautifully decorated with confortable furnishings. This condo was thoughtfully supplied with books, family/beach games, chairs, beach umbrellas, cooking/dining supplies, towels, etc. Both owner and rental manager are delightful, communicative, and helpful. The pool deck is directly below the balcony with the beach directly behind it. This made family (toddler) trips back and forth easy. The location was also a plus. A family focused location that afforded us a quick drive to our favorites in Clearwater all the way down to St Pete.

Perfect location for a girlfriend getaway! Quiet, clean, steps from the sand. Updated and comfy and was exactly as shown. Easy access to beach and pool as well as coded entry to home. Owner was very helpful with things to do and places to eat. Would definitely stay again.
