Located at the gateway to the commune of Le Diamant, in the popular O'Mullane Bas neighborhood, the 4-bedroom villa is nestled on a private estate with two other villas.
It has its own covered parking lot that can accommodate 2 vehicles inside and 3 additional vehicles outside.

To access the accommodation, you will pass through the main door, and you will be immediately conquered by the contemporary decoration with exotic nuances.


The main room is composed of a living room and an open kitchen equipped. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa facing a SMART TV with the orange box. A portable speaker is available for your musical evenings. An opening from the kitchen to the terrace allows you to share your cocktails on a bar and to pass your dishes for dinner around your pool (treated with salt).

The partially covered terrace is furnished with a large table to accommodate up to 12 guests around a wonderful barbecue.

On the night side, we have 4 air-conditioned rooms, including 3 rooms upstairs equipped with a 160 cm bed and their own bathroom with shower and toilet.

The dormitory accessible by the outside staircase is equipped with 2 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. This dormitory is equipped with its own TV and can accommodate up to 6 travelers who can all use the bathroom with separate toilet.

On this same level, there is the villa's petanque court and its equipment provided.

There are a few amenities around the villa:

- A Buggy center is located 400 m away. You can go there for your hikes.
- At 300 m, there is Madin Jet for your adventures on the water in jet-ski.
- To the right, there is a gas station with a small store and a BKB fast food restaurant at 1 km.
- To the left, you will find the U express where you can do your shopping.

If you prefer to discover a local specialty in a restaurant, continue to the town of Le Diamant, about 3 km away, and go to Little Rock or Poyo Rico.
Find spices, fruits, vegetables and fish at the Diamond Market a few steps past the restaurants.

Also enjoy the long beach and shopping in downtown Le Diamant.

Face the beautiful Diamond Rock on the long white sandy beach, and look to your right at Morne Larcher. Take the opportunity to schedule a climb with your family or friends.

For more adventure, reach the mythical beaches of the South of Martinique at Anses d'arlets, Sainte-Luce or Sainte-Anne in maximum 45 minutes by car. The activities of the North such as the discovery of the Zoo of Martinique in Carbet or the garden of Balade are accessible after 1h30 of road.
At the airport exit, take the N5 towards SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight on.

After about 18 kilometres, (watch out for speed cameras!) take the exit towards LE DIAMANT.

Continue on this road until you reach the roundabout after the Cap du Diamant station.

You will then pass 2 speed bumps and come to an exit signposted Quartier O'Mullane Bas. Take this exit.

You will see an estate with a wooden fence on your left.

To access the Perle du Diamant villa take the third entrance down the road.
