Simply The Beach is a great fit for a couples or family with young kids, beach stay in this charming, fully equipped, and well appointed 500 sq. foot carriage house with a brand new Samsung 50”HD TV, Surround Sound audio system, MediaCom CableTV, and High Speed internet so you can login with your own info and watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Two bikes include to ride around Hwy 30A. Free tram service to beach and pool March 1st to Oct 31st! Located on a quiet side street with nice views of the Seacrest Beach community on Hwy 30A, there are many shops, coffee bars, wine bars, donut truck, restaurants, and eateries within walking/ biking distance in Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. Kitchen with full sizes refrigerator/freezer, Ice maker, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, pots/pans utensils, etc. Stacked washer/dryer in closet, very nice bathroom with full bathtub/shower. Comfortable queen sized bed, also a couch/sleeper sofa that pulls out to a twin bed. A private , covered balcony is off the living area with two deck chairs to enjoy Relaxing views of the community. Deeded access to beautiful white sand beach with community tram service from mid March to mid October, or 15 minute walk. Enjoy the 12,000 sq foot community pool with two levels, and the new poolside Seacrest Cafe for great burgers and drinks. Many green spaces include two parks, walking paths, also for biking or jogging. Two cruiser bikes are available, or rent more from many local bike shops. Rent beach chairs and umbrella at the beach.

Perfect Couple Getaway
Perfect for a couple who don’t need a lot of space, but want a great location. The two bikes with the property make getting around easy with easy beach access and close proximity to downtown Rosemary and Seaside. Great neighborhood and the community pool is nice.

A week in paradise
Right from the start Dan was super friendly and accommodating. The carriage house was perfect for my kiddos and I for our annual stay in Seacrest. The house was clean and near all of our favorite spots. Dan was extra accommodating when my car’s battery died right before we were checking out to head home and allowed us to extend our checkout while we waited on AAA to come to the rescue. This was a blessing as it was extra humid out. Thank you Dan for allowing us to stay in your carriage house! We had a lovely time!

The perfect cozy getaway
My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Seacrest Beach and loved our cozy beach home! It was perfect, very simple and just what we needed. We loved the area and neighborhood we stayed in - very charming, warm, family-friendly, and safe. Dan was an amazing host!! Very quick to communicate, friendly, and always quick to offer helping me in any way possible to ease stress from the wedding so that we could we could have a relaxing stay! My husband and I are already talking about returning in the future to stay again :) great price for what you get- I personally think the location is really great as it neighbors Aly’s Beach & Rosemary Beach. The bikes were so fun and helped us travel to each beach town nearby in a fun + $$ saving way! The traffic is busy in the summer, so the bikes were incredibly helpful! Such a nice offering for guests to enjoy!

Clean and comfy space
Community was beautiful. Definitely was a very busy time to go (early April). Loved the small deck with 2 chairs. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing i think could have been improved were the bikes (just ok). The mattress is pretty firm too but still got the job done. Overall a very good place in prime location!

Very cute little place that is perfect for solo traveler. Convenient location. Clean and well maintained. Only downside is that the couch and chair are a bit old and not so comfortable but the bed, which is more important, was comfortable.

Carriage House
The Carriage House is adorable & cozy, and the location perfect for a getaway. The kitchen’s well stocked and the house clean. The balcony was great to sit and relax. We enjoyed walking to the pool, beach area, and around Seacrest & Rosemary beach. Dan, the host, was very accommodating and pleasant to work with - thank you, Dan, for caring about your renters. Seacrest Beach carriage house
We really enjoyed our first time stay in Seacrest Beach. The carriage house worked great and was exactly what we expected from the VRBO listing. The area is really growing and takes some patient driving for first time arrivals. A number of really nice restaurants/eating options within walking distance. Some of the best seafood we've had. We would definitely go back to Seacrest Beach.

Responsive Host, Good Place in Seacrest
Property is in a good location and was easy to check into. Dan was a responsive host and was able to provide another bike for us after the last tenants lost one of the two bikes. Unfortunately, this new bike had no air in the tires but thanks to the air compressor in my trunk I was then able to use it. The other bike had a broken chain but I was also able to fix this after a little bit of tinkering. The only other minor issue is the Wi-Fi is a little spotty, especially on phones. Otherwise it's a clean, pleasant stay with a nice porch-- a small table for the outside porch would be an incredibly nice addition to be able to enjoy it even more.

Perfect getaway
Our stay was perfectly comfortable with just enough space for the two of us. We loved using the provided bikes nearly every day to ride to breakfast, and the tram service made beach trips easy. The pool area (in walking distance) felt like being at a resort! And relaxing on the unit's balcony was a great way to start or end the days. We hope to come back again!

Couples Weekend Getaway!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful beach getaway. This place was perfect for us! We loved the easy access to the beach by tram service. The pool was resort style and very nice. We loved having the bikes and rode them to nearby dining every day. There is so much to do, I just wish we would’ve had more time to do it all. Can’t wait to come back!

Great stay
The condo and location was absolutely beautiful! They have trams that will take you everywhere you want to go. The only downfall for this property is parking. You can’t park by your condo you have to park on the main street then walk (not far at all). We have a pretty big truck so parking was a little difficult but now we know for next time to take our car! The only other downfall for us was not being able to stay longer so we didn’t get the full experience. Next time we will for sure stay longer! Highly recommend this property.

Good Location
The neighborhood is nice and in a great location to walk to the beach or shops. The tram is helpful if you’re carrying more items to the beach. Dan communicates well. A few things were noted to him about our stay that needed attention! I do hope they are taken care of for future guest.

A Great Stay in Seacrest
My husband and I enjoyed staying at Dan's place very much. You really cannot beat the location -- easy to get to the pool, beach, tram stop, and local shops/restaurants. We particularly enjoyed how much space the carriage house offered with tons of area for us to unpack (had closet space with hangers, night side table with drawers, an armoire of sorts, etc.). We also loved having a washer/dryer in unit with plenty of detergent for us! We'd definitely stay at Dan's place again in the future and would recommend to other couples.

We built the house in 2005, and have loved coming to the beach all these years both during high season and off season. So much to offer down here; beautiful white sand beaches, weekend farmers markets, fishing, restaurants, shops, etc.

We have loved coming down to the beach in both off season and high season, our kids have enjoyed the family times and memories we have made there, and since the carriage house has been used very little over the years, it is a little jewel in the community.
