tolle Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Leider war das Wetter ziemlich schlecht, und so konnten wir die schöne Umgebung und den See nicht so geniessen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll, nur war es ziemlich kalt und die Heizung benötigte einige Tage um die Wohnung aufzuwärmen.

Sehr gut ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön; der Garten komplett eingezäunt, so dass mein Hund einen schönen Auslauf hatte. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut, so dass man sich auch gut selbst versorgen konnte. Die Lage ist zwar an der viel befahrenen Hauptstrasse, aber es waren nur 200 Meter zim See. Biergarten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Schöne Tage nahe an der Tutzinger Bucht des Sees

Wir haben schöne Tage am See verbracht; der Biergarten am Midgardstadl ist gut bewirtschaftet. Es gibt eine Reihe schöner Ziele ganz in der Nähe von Tutzing mit guten Einkehrmöglichkeiten, auch München ist per Bahn oder auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Ferie i sydtyskland

Rigtig fin og velholdt lejlighed. Vi nød hvor let det var at gå til søen , og indkøbsmuligheder lige ved siden af. Fin lille by dejlig natur og let til tog , til München . Vi havde nogle dejlige afslappende dage i Tutzing og omegn. Haven lidt tilgroet men det gjorde ikke os noget.

Ideal für Urlaub am See mit Hund

Schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung und nahe am See. Sehr gute Lage - vom Haus über die Straße und dann ist man in 200 Metern am Starnberger See oder am Biergarten Tutzing. Eingezäumtes Eckgrundstück mit Rasen und Holzterasse, optimal für Urlaub mit dem Hund ! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir haben nichts vermisst ! :-)

Moderne Unterkunft geeigent für längeren Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung sieht im Original viel besser aus wie auf den Bildern, modern sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Perfekte Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man benötigt auch in der Küche. Die Wohnung war leider etwas kalt bei der Ankunft und der Wasserdruck des Warmwassers in der Dusche könnte stärker sein. Die Inhaberin antwortet bei Fragen sehr schnell und präzise. Wir werden im Sommer gern wieder kommen

Appartement agréable proche du lac et de Munich

Appartement avec beaucoup d’espace et bien organisé. Il ne manque rien et il y a beaucoup d’espace. Lisa est très réactive et efficace. Tout est super propre et la salle de bain spacieuse et bien agencée.Très facile d’accès.

Zentrale Lage mit brummender Heizung

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Der Verkehrslärm der Hauptstraße hat uns nicht weiter gestört, allerdings das Brummen und Vibrieren der Heizkörper (die ganze Nacht über). Haben die Vermieterin darauf aufmerksam gemacht, allerdings konnte oder wollte das Problem während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben werden und die Nächte waren entsprechend unruhig. Schade.

Ferienwohnung tutzing

Wir waren sehr zufrieden,die Lage ist sehr gut.die Hauptstraße etwas laut,was uns aber nicht gestört hat. für 2 personen ist die wohnung ideal,gut ausgestattet.angehmen kühl,trotz hohen aussentemperaturen.nette kommunikation mit vermieterin.

Lage des Objektes

Die Lage des Objektes an der Hauptstraße war zunächst abschreckend für mich (ich wohne ländlich). Das Objekt verfügt aber tatsächlich über sehr gute Fenster. Außerdem hat der Altbau dicke Wände , so dass der Verkehrslärm bei geschlossenen Fenstern m.E. nicht beeinträchtigt. Der Altbau ist angenehm kühl, so dass man nach einem überhitzten aktiven Sommertag absolut abschalten kann. Die Nähe zum See und Badestellen ist klasse. Mein Fazit: für einen Sommerurlaub super.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung, erfreulich ist die großzügige Ausstattung mit Verbrauchsmaterialien, Küchenutensilien, Handtüchern und Wäsche etc. Sehr nette Vermieter, komplett stressfrei. Die nächsten Aufenthalte sind bereits gebucht.

Trotz Sturm Sabine

Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen, die Nähe zum See ist ein Sternchen extra wert. Unser Hund hat es genossen am See ohne Leine rumzuspringen und mit anderen Hunden umherzuflitzen. Die Wohnung ist schön, zuerst fanden wir es etwas kühl. Dank der extra Heizmöglichkeiten und Decken war es uns schnell gemütlich warm. Der Einstieg in die Wanne ist schon etwas schwierig, darauf sollte man evtl. hinweisen. Seit meiner Knie-Op fallen mir solche Sachen mehr auf und für motorisch eingeschränkte Personen gestaltet sich das Duschen in dieser Wohnung als große Herausforderung. Die Hauptstraße hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Die Wohnung ist für See-Liebhaber absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

voller Genuss einer kurzen Auszeit :-)

liebevoll eingerichtete FeWo, in der man's auch bei nem kompletten Tag Regenwetter sehr gut aushalten konnte :-) Bad und Türen sind vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen und da ich sonst im Obergeschoss wohne, hat mir an der Terassentür ein Rollladen gefehlt ;-) aber sonst komm ich gerne mal wieder!
