Excellent property and wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our 4 week stay at the property - it had better than expected amenities, especially the 2 classic bikes. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach or an evening stroll in the very quiet neighbourhood. Robert and Bonnie were great to deal with and we highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation rental

Thank you. We had the perfect Christmas vacation. The property was a great location, extremely well equipped, very clean and felt like a real home from home. Thank you Bob for the great communication, we felt very welcome and we will be back soon.

Lovely little house in a great location

This house had everything we needed for a very comfortable long-term stay. We especially loved the vintage Huffy bikes, which we used every day.

Great location!

The house was lovely and in a great location. Barb and the property management was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely look into renting this house again for our next visit to Sarasota!

Excellent experience for 2-month rental

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful newly renovated home with 2 large bedrooms and gorgeous terrazzo floors. The house had all the comforts of home including a stocked kitchen, W/D, dishwasher, disposal and high speed internet. The neighborhood is very quiet, even though it is on the corner of Stickney Point and US 41. It is exactly 0.8 miles by foot to be on Siesta Key’s Crescent Beach. The property management team was very responsive and professional. I would stay here again without hesitation.
