Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Ich habe meine Ferien schon in diversen Ferienwohnungen verbracht aber ich muss anmerken, dass diese ganz oben in meiner Liste einzuordnen ist. Schöne sauber gepflegte Wohnung in einer tollen Lage mit einem äußerst hilfsbereiten Eigentümer. So macht residieren Spaß!

Die Wohnung wurde ausgeschrieben mit 2 Schlafzimmern, hatte aber nur eins. 1 Person musste auf der Wohnzimmercouch übernachten. Es gibt keine Zimmertüren, zum Schlafen von 3 Personen nicht geeignet. Es fehlten einfache Utensilien, wie Warmhaltekanne oder/ und Teekanne, nicht zu reden von Pürierstab oder Einhandmixer. Die Atmosphäre war als Souterrain Wohnung eher dunkel, da nur LED Deckenleuchten mit geringer Wattzahl. Nicht geeignet für Familien mit Selbstversorgung, Sehr steiler Treppenzugang zur Wohnung. Unterkunft top, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter flop

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung wie im Internet dargestellt, die Lage sehr schön. ABER Die Kommunikation und Höflichkeit des Vermieters haben sehr zu Wünschen übriggelassen. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit und da kam es zu Unstimmigkeiten, obwohl die Wohnung als hundefreundlich gelten sollte. Sich als zahlender Gast mit nicht geringer Wochenmiete für die Wohnung so im Urlaub anpampen lassen zu müssen ist eine Unverschämtheit und veranlasst mich, die Wohnung nicht wieder zu buchen.

Große, günstige FeWo im Zentrum von Freiburg

Alles war bestens, alles war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, liebevoll eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die steile Treppe zur Wohnung hinunter sollte bei Nässe nicht mit mit glatten Schuhen (z.B. Fahrradschuhe) begangen werden. Das musste ich sehr schmerzhaft erfahren.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft nur wenige Fussminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung ist super eingerichtet und es sind alle notwendigen Utensilien(auch in der Küche) vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Da die Wohnung nur über eine Treppe erreichbar ist, könnte es für gehbehinderte Menschen problematisch werden.

Ich habe die Wohnung telefonisch wegen Krankheit storniert. Keine Erstattung, auch nicht der Reinigungskosten. Stattdessen mehrfache nervige Aufforderung, die Wohnung zu bewerten. Was soll das?

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, bis auf eine Maus in der Wohnung. Allerdings hat es der Vermieter immer eher als Belästigung empfunden, wenn es ein Anliegen gab. Sehr unfreundlich. Ärgerlich auch, dass ein im Kühlschrank vergessener, teurer Gegenstand angeblich verschwunden ist, d.h. es konnte ihn jemand gebrauchen.

Lage des Objekts war sehr gut. Nur auf den Bildern konnte man mit Chance erkennen, dass es eine souterrain Wohnung ist Der Vermieter war etwas wortkarg. Schäden wurden nur unzulänglich behoben.

Excellent Apartment in Freiburg

Alexander is an excellent and helpful host. He was very responsive to our questions. The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. We enjoyed our time in that space. Parking is available upon request The apartment is in a great location - quiet neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk into the center of town. A 5 minute walk brings you to a wonderful bakery (Contrast Bistro Cafe) with pastries, sandwiches and coffee that is across from the #4 line tram stop. I'm not sure where the nearest grocery store is, we just went to the Rewe on Kaiser Joseph Str. in town. I highly recommend this apartment. It will be my first choice for lodging the next time I'm in Freiburg.

Top Wohnung Top Lage!!!

Schöne Wohnung. Zentral gelegen nicht weit zu Fuß in die Stadt. Trotzdem sehr ruig gelegen. Züge haben uns nicht weiter gestört. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Netter Vermieter.. Können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.. Lieben Dank

Souterrain Wohnung mit offenen Schlafzimmer und innenliegendem Bad

Gesamt sehr schön jedoch roch die Wohnung zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes im Januar etwas feucht. Der in der Beschreibung zugehörige Parkplatz stand nicht zur Verfügung.

Schöne große Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und fussöäufig zum Bahnhof gelegen. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich sehr gut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein Kaffeevollautomat. Zur Altstadt 10min zu Fuß. Wir würden die Fewo jederzeit wieder buchen.
