Perfectly appointed in a convenient location

Our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) were very impressed with Laurent's clean, well appointed and spacious apartment with modern bathrooms and kitchen. It was a perfect location for exploring Lyon but was away from busy crowds. The secure car space was a big bonus. Laurent was a very gracious host who went out of his way to provide information about Lyon, things to do and places to eat (although the particularly well equipped kitchen would have been perfect for preparing meals). Highly recommended.

Beautiful, spacious apartment

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days. The apartment is one of the nicest we have stayed at in France, in our 7 trips here. The apartment is located in a convenient area, with an elevator, excellent security, high quality appliances and everything you need for a wonderful stay. The owner is very helpful recommending restaurants and sites to visit.

Wonderful visit

We loved our stay here. The apartment is beautifully renovated, well appointed and really comfortable with great views and easy access to transportation and restaurants. Laurent, our host, was very helpful with local recommendations and was very responsive to questions throughout our stay. Highly recommend this gem.

Wonderful Lyon "Hideaway"

Wonderful and spacious/unique apartment on the edge of key Lyon neighborhoods (Old Lyon, Presque 'Ile, Croix Rousse). Just far enough but close enough to enjoy much of Lyon. Open the tall windows and enjoy building-spanning breezy east to west breezes through the beautiful apartment. Terrific and responsive host in Laurent.

Prachtig appartement op mooie locatie

Fijn verblijf in het hartje van Lyon, langs se Saone en vlakbij Vieux-Lyon. Mooi en zeer ruim appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Privé-parkeerplaats achter het appartement. Vriendelijke gastheer die goede tips voor restaurants geeft.

The property was very centrally located within easy walking distance of the old town and public transport. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and had a lovely view of the Soane. Even though we didn't cook while we were there, the kitchen had every imaginable utensil you would need to cook a banquet! It was extremely quiet and private. Could not have asked for more.

Wonderful stay in Lyon

We tremendously enjoyed our stay in Lyon. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen extremely well stocked. Our host Laurent helped with arranging a walking tour and with suggestions for restaurants. The apartment has a lovely view of the Soane river. Walking the streets of Lyon (and enjoying the incredible food) made our stay perfect. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great place to stay!

Laurent is a very helpful, communicative host. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, and in a great location that is close to Vieux Lyon but a block or two removed from the most crowded parts. Also a beautiful view from the Juliet balcony overlooking the Saone. Really a great place to stay.

Groot appartement op een fijne locatie

Heerlijk ruim appartement. Zeer netjes. Fijne locatie bij het oude centrum. Goede en vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. Balkon erg klein. Bovenverdieping benauwd bij warm weer. Mijn man en ik hebben hier met veel plezier verbleven.

Laurent is a top-notch host whose recommendations for the area (restaurants, activities) were spot on. We couldn’t imagine a more attentive host. The location was ideal. The apartment is top of the line. Located on 5th floor, so quiet with views (and an elevator). Narrow spiral staircase to the beautiful upstairs bedroom and lots of living area on the main floor. Can’t wait to come again!

Beautiful Location

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. This is the first time in Lyon so we wanted to spend our time in a place that was comfortable and spacious. We definitely found a great place to stay. This place had everything we need and wanted from a large well equipped kitchen to a living relaxing living room, balcony with a river view and quiet bedroom. The host Laurent is over the top friendly and informative. He helped us navigate our way around and had some great tips for trips to take. This location is a short walk to Old Town Lyon and conveniently located in the City. We will definitely stay here again.

Lyon Perfection

What a fabulous and stylish refuge, (convenient to everything) apartment which converted my hotel-loving husband to apartment rentals (a major achievement!). Spacious and beautifully decorated with wonderful river view and close to everything in the old town. Laurent has outfitted his apartment with everything you need, all of it of beautiful quality and thought. The neighborhood was wonderful for wandering and dining - transporting one to old Lyon. Laurent was so kind and immediately responsive, with excellent dining suggestions (we loved Cinq Mains). We couldn’t have conjured finer or more appropriate lodging for this noblest of cities. Thank you Laurent and Lyon - we hope to return!

Fabulous apartment in great neighborhood.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was available. The location was central, in the middle of Vieux Lyon, walking distance to historical sites, shops and restaurants. The host, Laurent, was especially helpful with everything we could have possibly needed, even walking with is to help us rent bikes. I can’t recommend Kaurent and his apartment highlybenough.

Wonderful time in Lyon

This is an updated, clean and quiet apartment in a historic building in a historic neighborhood. Everything that you need is within walking distance including a great boulangerie and a friendly wine-bar very close by. Laurent was the perfect host, showing us his favorite places and telling us about others that were a longer walk away. We had fun in the old town hunting for traboules! It's a beautiful city and I would love to go back.

A Beautiful Find in Lyon

This apartment was an elegant, extremely comfortable, fully appointed and perfectly located haven for our trip to Lyon. It has the unbeatable combination of gorgeous old-world architecture with the finest modern amenities in kitchen and bathrooms. Laurent has beautiful taste in furnishings, the bed incredibly comfortable, and furniture also very comfortable with many places to enjoy the apartment. The views of the river from the large windows and balcony were wonderful. We spent 5 days here and it was a perfect location for walking to the many restaurants and all our sightseeing destinations. Laurent was fantastic to work with! Check-in and communications were great, and he was so kind and helpful in answering any questions we had. Our whole experience with Laurent and his outstanding property was so positive we would love to come back and stay here again. Thank you so much, Laurent!!

Best Part Of Lyon

Were traveling through France for a month - this was our 7th stop and the most enjoyable so far mainly because of the great apartment Very comfortable, roomy, modern and a knockout view/balcony overlooking the Saone River and Lyon. Last Minute Surprise

We booked this apartment last minute due to Hurricane Florence. Laurent was the best host. The couple that went with us arrived a day earlier than we did. Laurent was there for them. He stopped by twice to see how we were doing. Gave some great recommendations and even took one of our party and our luggage to the apartment we booked for the week. The location had a perfect view and was close to everything in the old city. The apartment was roomy and had everything you needed to cook and to entertain. The coffee maker was amazing. We would definitely stay again when we come to Lyon.

Charming apartment with easy access to the old city

Great central location overlooking the Saône River, with easy access to the old city, Fourvière and the core part of the peninsula. Laurent was a helpful and gracious host who took time to acquaint us with the area, marking up maps and leaving us guide books to help us get around. The old building in which this apartment resides has a lift that opens right by the entry to the apartment. The apartment itself has a nice retro vibe on the spacious main level. The upper level, accessed by a steep and narrow spiral staircase is a more contemporary space with the bedroom, modern bath and lounge area. The large image projection TV and wonderful sound system made “movie night” an extra treat. Since we had a car, the included parking in a gated area at the rear of the building was a welcome addition.

Magnifique appartement très bien situé à proximité du vieux Lyon, et de la presqu’île . On emprunte le Vapotetto pour visiter le quartier de la confluence. Tous commerces à proximité ainsi que de multiples restaurants. Décoration épurée et design. Vue magnifique sur la Saône. Literie neuve à l’étage. Le deuxième couchage est un canapé lit assez confortable. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec eau, jus d’orange et bouteille de vin à l’arrivée. Rien ne manque... Une grande place de parking d’accès délicat pour un véhicule de type 4/4 ( entrée très étroite ). Laurent est un hôte très sympathique et extrêmement réactif. Il vous conseillera sur les visites et les restaurants. Il laisse à votre disposition plusieurs guides sur Lyon. Donc excellente semaine. Que du bonheur ! Nous recommandons chaudement
