Our bungalow is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in Wauwatosa. It's centrally located right off the freeway and only a mile away from all the shops at The Mayfair Collection including Whole Foods, shopping, and restaurants.

A key code will be provided for self check in to the property.

Enjoy our complementary Waffle Bar & Coffee Bar! Waffle mix, maple syrup, and a variety of chocolate / caramel sauces are all provided. Coffee Bar includes breakfast blend coffee along with chocolate, vanilla & caramel coffee flavorings!

Bright and sleek, our home is completely renovated with comfort in mind. The house has plenty of room for entertaining both inside and out. TVs in all bedrooms! Along with a large game room and movie theatre area in the basement!! There is a laundry room available in the basement if needed along with a whole house surround sound system! The driveway can fit up to 3 cars tandem parked and there is ample free street parking in front of the house if needed as well. The house offers four bedrooms and one and a half baths. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 13 people (see sleeping arrangements below) and provides the perfect getaway, family vacation, office retreat or just time away from the daily grind.

The kitchen is very spacious with a dining room table with seating for six. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and the cabinets are stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you need – all you need to add is the food! The outdoor grill and additional patio seating for 4 is great for dinners and cookouts.

The living room offers a 55" Roku TV (cable not provided). Fiber Optic Wi-Fi is available so you can stay connected at all times.


Sleeping Arrangements –

Bedroom #1 (master) – King bed w/ walk in closet, in-suite bathroom half bath, roku TV.
Bedroom #2 – Queen bed w/ nightstands, dresser, closet and roku TV.
Bedroom #3 – Queen bed w/ nightstands, dresser, closet and roku TV.
Bedroom #4 - Queen bed w/ nightstands and roku TV.
Common Spaces – Queen floor mattress that could be placed in living room or master bedroom. Large sectional couch in the living room that could sleep an additional 2 people if needed. Large sectional couch in basement movie theatre area that could sleep an additional 1 person if needed.

Don’t forget to bring all your furry friends, as this is a pet friendly household (extra pet fees do apply - $75 per pet).

No parties allowed and please be respectful of our home.

Make yourself at home in my home - I am only a phone call away to help with any of your daily needs, recommendations or maintenance problems.

The easiest way to get around is by car or walking distance to a few places such as Chipotle and Starbucks.

At this time, we are not accepting reservations from local guests. Please reach out for approval if requesting to book as a local guest with the reason for your visit.

Pets – Fee is $75 per pet. Please reach out if bringing more than 1 pet. 2 pet maximum. No cats.

This is a pet friendly rental, despite the efforts of the cleaners, we can not guarantee no remnants of dog hair will be found in the property.

Please note, we require a signed contract and identification on file before the booking is finalized.

We have security cameras at the front and back entrances for the safety of our guests and our property. They are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound.

For VRBO - credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
