MIREILLE - Appartement 4* vue mer - 2/4 pers

For your waterfront vacation, come and stay in this superb apartment with a 180° view of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Les Sables d'Olonne.

With a balcony and private parking, this apartment is very comfortable and bright.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The living room and the bedroom have direct access to the balcony, and therefore an exceptional sea view.

Located on the 4th floor with lift, one-bedroom apartment of 42m², completely renovated and ideally located on the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne
It also has private parking with camera surveillance, a common room for bikes and surfboards.
Fiber wifi is available.

The apartment is composed:
- A living room with sofa bed, dining table, tv
- An American kitchen with everything you need (filter coffee maker, Delonghi coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, etc.).
- A separate toilet,
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A bedroom with the possibility of either a 180 bed or two 90 beds.
- Lots of storage.


So when you arrive, all you have to do is enjoy!

Private parking on the ground floor (max 1.85m)as well as the common room for board and bike

Arrivals between 4 and 9 p.m. // Departure between 8 and 10 a.m.
Beyond these hours: additional billing of 25€.
Flexibility in low season for early arrivals and late departures.

Please note: Access to the private car park is accessible, except during certain periods due to traffic restrictions by the Agglomeration of Les Sables d'Olonne. Do not hesitate to contact us. When traffic is prohibited, no vehicle can access the accommodation. You will then have to park your vehicle in a parking space until the opening of the terminals.

Très agréable petit appartement, rénovation récente, sur le front de mer

La vue ! Propreté irréprochable Bien équipé Situation et parking Flexibilité pour l'horaire d'arrivée Des détails : pas de sac poubelle.. ( j'ai dû en acheter ) et une seule pastille lave vaisselle.. Pour moi seule, pas de souci car je ne l'ai pas utilisé mais sinon, il faudrait en laisser une pour chaque jour de séjour ce serait plus sympa et ça évite de devoir aller acheter une boite entière )

Logement fonctionnel, très propre avec une vue exceptionnelle et situé face à la plage, accès petits commerces et restaurants rapide. Le logement dispose d'un place de parking, ce qui est devenu indispensable pour un séjour aux Sables d'Olonne. L'accueil assuré par la conciergerie La Clé Chaumoise est de grande qualité, et l'appartement présente toutes les qualités.
