Still Fun Even When The Beach Is Closed

Warf condo

Great location if attending a concert at The Warf. A couple of housekeeping items that need addressing. One aerator is missing in the master bath and the one that was there was full of mold. There appears to be a little mold or missing grout in the master shower. We enjoyed the patio that over looked the water with all the boats.

Perfect Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not only in the Wharf but ON the wharf! Loved looking out at the boats in the marina and passing by each day. Accommodations were very nice, had the general of what we needed. If you're looking for the pool however, its about a 1/2 mile from the rental so be prepared. But once you get there it is so very cool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the picture of the living area on the internet is not what was there. The fabric ottoman was very dirty and the lounging couch that was there was very dirty. The living area lamp was broken, and I took the floor lamp from the 2nd bedroom to use, and you could write your name on it - very dusty. Baseboards dusty - walls had a lot of black marks.The comforter on the bed in master bedroom had blood stains on it. The kitchen was adequate, could use some luncheon plates and a little more silverware.Bathrooms were clean and the towels were good. It definitely could use some upgrading and paint.I really liked the area.

Summer Vacation

We loved staying at the Wharf. You never have to leave if you just want a relaxing vacation. The pool was GREAT. All the kids loved it. We will definitely be back.

Great Condo

Very clean. Listing was very accurate. This is a wonderful location with restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. There were no issues with this booking.

The location is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again! The only thing I didn't like was the communication regarding the water park and pool. We had no idea where it was, only that a team would take us there. I emailed questions about it but never heard back so we didn't get to experience it

Good spot for a family

Overall it was a good unit to stay in. The few complaints I hade are easily fixable. The grill is filthy. The one time we went to use the grill, within minutes of starting it, it was engulfed in flames due to the caked up gristle from previously cooked food. The back porch light does not work, more than likely needs new light bulb. The shower could use a good scrubbing, it appears to have some typical mold in the tile grout. You have to really yank on the door to ensure that it’s closed properly. The pros is that it’s decorated nicely. We liked that there were a total of 3 beds in the smaller bedroom to fit all our kids in one room, plus they had their own bathroom with a shower so they didn’t have to use ours. The beds are all comfortable and you’ll have some great views of Orange Beach, especially at night. We would highly recommend this unit if you’re looking to stay at The Wharf.

Beautiful, well-maintained and great location!

The unit was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the location was great! The pool was fantastic and there were plenty of dining options, steps from our unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

So Convenient!

We absolutely loved this property! We have gone to Orange Beach for many many years and have never stayed here. We will definitely book here again! All of the shops and entertainment at the Wharf made it so convenient! We absolutely loved the pool area! This property is definitely a hidden gem!

Great condo

This was a great condo. The only issue we had was there was only one key which was an inconvenience with more than one adult. Also, the shower door in the master bathroom opened into the shower and it actually got stuck a couple of times and was very hard to open.

wish more could have been done

the day beore we left the pool had to be shut down because someone's kid had diahrrea in the pool, could not swem at all. the first day we swam friday we had to leave the pool early because of thunder. we had only one key for the condo which everyday we were there had a hard time getting the door to open , there was a concert going on 3 days in a row the traffic was horrible coming back to the condo and for leaving the condo

A great place for parents with teens

The condo was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. After a day of sightseeing and playing at the beach the adults were able to relax as the teens ran around the mall. We enjoyed the laser light show each night and water park. If we return to Orange Beach we'd definitely stay at the Wharf again!

Good but needs improvements

First off, the Wharf property in general is amazing! All the restaurants, shops and fun activities to do are the best and the lazy river is awesome! We usually book through the Wharf directly, but this year we went through Vrbo. Over all this condo was good. However, I would love to give them improvement pointers to help them for future residents. CONS: 1st off, when you book it’s through a company called VRCLUB, which was kinda frustrating because anytime you needed to ask a question it makes you submit a message through their app that didn’t work only through the internet. They should provide a number to speak to someone at all times. Especially on the weekends! There was only one key to the property which was a hassle when our family went separate from one another. We had to keep calling one another if we wanted to get in. Maybe install a keypad to make it easier. The cleanliness of the place was not the best. The sheets had stains, therefore we had to re-washed them all just to be safe and clean. I couldn’t tell if the extra blankets in the closet were freshly washed or just thrown up there. The drawers and dressers were very dusty inside and outside. There was little to no storage in the 2nd bedroom for clothes (please provide more hangers in the closets if you don’t have drawers to store anything). The entire floor felt sandy and dirty when we first got there like it wasn’t swept after the people before us. Mind you the whole place is tile, so the floor felt constantly dirty. I think If you add more rugs around the condo, it would provide better comfort and easy to vacuum. There’s too much furniture in the living area, so it was so cluttered, and there is no pull out sofa which would have helped for sleeping 6! Only 1 roll of toliet paper in the bathrooms for a whole week. Patio furniture was dirty and dusty, we had to wipe it off before sitting and using the table. PROS of the condo: Of course location! There is an ice maker which is convenient. Over all roomy condo. Restrooms are big. There was a washer and dryer. Has all your cooking pots, pans, utensils, etc. Good size balcony. Tv and cable in all the rooms. So I’d say If they fix these issues, personally I would definitely stay in this property again and give it 5 stars!

Great view and large rooms.

We really enjoyed our visit and had a great time at the Wharf. We were there for baseball and the kids were able to do things on their own while the adults did their thing and we could keep an eye on them. Oasis was nice and relaxing, not very crowded. Loved the view from the back balcony as well as the front, very cool during storms. My little one loved the owl on the balcony and was showing it all the boats down below. The rooms were large and the beds comfy, master bathroom was great with jacuzzi tub and large shower. Has a bonus pull out twin bed in other room although room arrangement makes it difficult to use. There were games and some movies in the entertainment center which was a nice touch. Was a little disappointed in some of the items in the kitchen that were rusty and worn and lack of baking dishes to cook with. Refrigerator was clean and having a stand alone ice maker was very helpful. My only complaints would be that the floors were filthy, our feet were black when walking around, the grills ignition switch is missing a part and would not work, the grill cleaning brushes were nasty and worn out and you can hear the people next door moving chairs around in the morning when in the master bedroom. It is a little bit of a trek from the parking garage to the condo, thankful for the carts and we used our wagon daily to haul things back and forth. All in all it was a great experience and we plan to return in the future.
