The Condo features a living/dining room with private balcony on the Gulf and an electric fireplace for that romantic feel! A Beautifully updated, fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a washer/dryer in the condo. | | Step out of your beachfront condominium and discover that Coral Reef sits on 300 feet of private, sugar-white sand beach, perfect for family beach vacations or romantic couples get-a-away in search of a home away from home. Three private beach accesses span the property with dune walkovers for easy beach access. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclining beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. | | Coral Reef is located so close to everything Destin has to offer. Some of Destin’s finest restaurants are walking distance from your door. Uncomfortable mattress

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description of the condo stated it had been renovated and it was decorated very nice. The reason we picked it. The mattress in the bedroom must be very old as I sank down in a hole on one side of the bed. Could not sleep on it and used the sleeper sofa which was not comfortable either.

Convenience location on private beach
Our stay at the Coral Reef Club #23 was great! The condo was very clean, spacious and well decorated. The view from our second floor balcony was perfect. The beach was not crowded at all and the location could not have been anymore convenient to local shopping as the Commons are just across the street. We would highly recommend this to anyone and would be happy to go back in the future.

We really like everything about it.The unit we stayed in this year was located just above the walkway to the beach. I really just wanted privacy but our location was such that nearly everyone looked at our balcony and waved or spoke. Good problem to have. Next year I’ll select a unit closer to the end of the bldg. my super friendly hubby loved the location lol

Property Manager is Abyssmal
My daughter and I got covid the week before we were supposed to stay. Despite communicating with them, Destin Realty wouldn't offer us a credit or partial refund despite it being the recommended policy from VRBO. They could have easily given us a 50% credit or refund and rented the place for 50% off and made the same amount of money. When I asked them if they would sanitize the room after we left if we told them in advance we would have covid they said no. They truly do not care about anything but money. Think twice before renting from Destin Realty. Rent from a VRBO owner by an actual human being.

Its proximity to shopping and restaurants made it very convenient as we didn’t have to travel far to do all the things we like to do in Destin. The surrounding area also feels very safe and clean to go out for a walk, day or night. Staff was exceptionally friendly as well.
