We came to visit family in nearby Spring Hill. This was a quiet and peaceful retreat to come to each day after visiting with the grandchildren. There was plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one level. The host Matthew was very responsive to any questions we had.
This was a great place to stay for a large group. Check-in and out was super easy. There was some miscommunication on the check in day which the owner apologized for and was able to give us come compensation for. This was so appreciated! Would definitely stay again.

property has many maintenance issues that have not been addressed. weeds and bushes in back of property look they have never been maintained. back deck and steps area in terrible shape. 2-3 ft water stain on ceiling in bedroom, door on tv stand falling off. very slow wifi, no cell phone coverage, tv does not work. bathroom floor very slippery bathroom rugs are like rags would never recommend property 25-30 min drive to restaurants or markets, located in wood in poor section of town
Great property! It was in the mountains and out of the way just enough to be the perfect get away.
What a fantastic trip. The house has a great layout, huge family area, kitchen and dining room for family fun. Close enough to Nashville and Franklin for some exciting activities. And still in the middle of nature for some new kayaking adventures. Wish we could have stayed longer!
This is a beautiful property! We were in the area for a wedding, so we didn't get to spend as much time here as we would have liked. Would definitely stay here again!
The house was clean and spacious. However, it is on a very steep hill so no activities or playing in the yard. The back deck butts right up to the hill. There are some trails up the hill but when we went exploring we all came back with several ticks on us. Beware, they are bad.
