The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is a versatile space featuring a Twin-Over-Full bunk, a Twin trundle, and a private bath equipped with a walk-in shower. Each guest room provides balcony access and is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, ensuring a personalized retreat for all guests. To accommodate additional guests, the living room includes a cozy Queen sofa sleeper, expanding the unit's capacity to comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Visit to the beach

Over all it was a nice place to stay,and we enjoyed it. The cleaning personnel needs to be more thorough, found a pair of underwear and a bathing suit that might have been there for a couple of weeks hanging in one of the bath rooms. Would visit this place again.

One of the best we’ve stayed in.

We are often in Orange Beach and can’t think of another place better equipped. The condo was very clean; beds were super comfortable; air conditioning was nice and cool; the kitchen was incredibly stocked with equipment; the decorations were nicely done…and the view was beautiful!!! We 100% will book again!

Outstanding Attention by Property Manager

We all absolutely loved our stay! The condo was amazing, beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, and lacking nothing! The property manager stayed in contact with me prior to our stay and checked in with me frequently to make sure everything was good during our stay. Impressive, very much appreciated. My sister said,”Well there’s just no reason to stay anywhere else.” It was perfect! The construction was noisy but even the workers were polite and respectful. One of our best trips to Orange Beach ever!

Beautiful but needs attention

Beautiful and spacious condo for 5 adults. Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Property owners were quick to respond to a couple of needs we had while there. Short walk to the beach. My only complaint is that there is a significant amount of black mold on the walls and tile in the Master Bath. We also discovered black mold on the water dispenser in the refrigerator. Although no one in our group suffered from it but it should be treated.

Nice family time

Overall, our visit to the beach was a nice family getaway. With some minor repairs, (which were pointed out to management), this could be a fantastic condo. The Palms is a nice complex. Pool area is nice. Elevators quick and clean. Enjoyed the large balconies. Condo was quiet even in rooms facing the traffic.

The back bathroom needs work. The picture of the bunk beds in VRBO is inaccurate. The picture shows steps to the upper bunk which were good for our children. There was a ladder instead which was not good for small kids

Our family wanted a location that was conveniently located near beautiful hiking trails. This place delivered! The house was comfortable and quiet, clean and nice. Kitchen had lots of helpful items. Grocery store was close by. Even saw a deer in the backyard one morning. Perfect for a family wanting to get away from the business of the city.

Fabulous Vacation for the Smith Crew

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was wonderful. We only had 2 issues during our stay. We arrived to find that we had to pay an additional $33 for a second parking pass. We were under the impression (through rental page and emails) that the condo came with 2 parking spaces, so this extra expense came as a surprise. Also, when we arrived the condo had been cleaned except for the kitchen which had not been cleaned or swept and bags of trash, bags of towels, and toiletries were left on the counter in the kitchen (although we had received a text that our room was ready). The rental company had someone out within 2 hours to complete the cleaning. Everything else was top notch. We enjoyed the gorgeous condo, the beds were hotel quality and the view was wonderful. We look forward to staying here again.

We know the owners so they were quick to get someone in to fix the happenings from the hail storm. The maintenance was prompt to come in & check things out.
