Memorial Day weekend

The condo was at best "ok". The cleaners left cleaning supplies and dust mop out. We didn't know until check in that night that basic supplies were very limited; for example 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Thankfully we brought an extra. Only 1 key per room made it difficult to for people going and coming from the room. You have to have a key to enter and exit the beach, the building and naturally the room. Two keys would make life much easier. The faucet in the kitchen sink falls to the open position occasionally and you have to shut it off often. The dresser in the master bedroom has drawers that do not stay closed.

Cocoa Beach Property and Beach View

Hard to complain about the view. Huge open expanse to the beach, ocean and launch sites at the cape. The sunrises are spectacular. However the building is old and concerning showing concrete cracks, backed-up plumbing, no onsite maintenance management. We received a handwritten note not to use the sink or dishwasher, with no followup. I called the rental office but got no closure. Pool is located on the road side of the building so you deal with road noise. Also, the property is located next to outdoor bar venues. Its loud, but fun and should be disclosed for families that need more quiet. In summary - we enjoyed the view but would not use this property again.

I used the same building before but not the same unit 2timesbut a lot of difference I will not use

The unit is short of normal supplies example: one roll of toilet paper per bath room for 4 person for 4 dayes —very very small bar of soap in bath room— no cleanex box in the unit— no extra planket or extra pillow in unit-one used paper towel in kitchen -no extra trach can liner or garbage can liner—there are other things that could made our stay more enjoyable thank you

Nice but has few issues

We come to Cocoa Beach every summer for a little R and R. We have stayed at other units in this complex as we love the location. The complex is great. The elevator was down for a day but those things happen so we got plenty of exercise. The location of the unit is great as it’s at the end of the breezeway. Construction going on next door didn’t bother us any either. We did had some maintenance and housekeeping issues. I did inform the property management about upon leaving but didn’t get anything other than a head nod and no correspondence since. The exhaust fan in master bath didn’t work, the light in master closet was hanging (not in place) looking like it would fall. All minor issues. Housekeeping is where bigger issues came in. Most all of the towels badly stained. No wash clothes at all. We ended up at dollar general to purchase some towels and wash clothes to be able to use. Bed sheets looked clean (no stains) but had black hairs on it. There was a pink pair of Tweezers at the edge of the night stand on floor that couldn’t be missed if they had sweep/mopped. Again overall nice unit/location but has some housekeeping issues.

Careful on the balcony!

The building is older and doesn't have much curb appeal, but there are updates inside and overlooking the beach was great. The pool is on the street side and basically in the parking lot. When we checked in, we were never provided a garage opener which resulted in us having to lug our suitcases and other belongings up two sets of stairs. Incredibly frustrating. But the most frustrating part was when we pulled the sliding door behind us while enjoying the balcony.... and it locked behind us, resulting in us being trapped on the porch with no sense of urgency from the after hours employee. We ultimately called the local non-emergency line, who was able to connect to a manager and assured us help was on the way. The property management never followed up with us to apologize for the inconvenience. Twice we have asked about some kind of compensation for the 2 major inconveniences we had and still, no follow up whatsoever. Incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication.

Sister Spring Trip

My sisters and I stayed in the unit for a week in April. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The unit is beautiful, very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated. The location was excellent steps from the beach, entertainment and quiet. Weather was perfect everyday. We can’t wait to return. 👍🏖☀️

Great Saty

This condo was very clean. Provided beach chairs and a small cooler. This was key! The check in / check out was easy. The beach was just over the walkway. Very enjoyable stay!

Cocoa Beach 2021

We love this location in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Facing the ocean, walking distant to many restaurants. Dedicated parking. The property is very clean with many amenities.

Beautiful place!

As a family that flies I always look for reviews regarding beach stuff..condo is newly remodeled and beautiful. Two beach towels, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. Close to food and fun. We would stay here again.
