Bel appartement bien entretenu, propre et confortable
L'appartement est bien entretenu, propre, les lits sont confortables, la cuisine est fonctionnelle. On se sent bien dans cet appartement.Le métro est proche, le quartier est sympa, beaucoup de commerces aux alentours, assez central pour visiter Paris facilement.

Comfortable but lack of air flow
The apartment is well located in a safe neighbourhood close to metro stations, bakeries, groceries, pharmacies and restaurants. The apartment is small which was expected in Paris, but comfortable and well equipped for a family of 5. Our issue was with regards to the air flow. The windows had a locked stopper which prevented them from opening more than 1.5 inches. We asked the owner to have the key for these but he indicated that the windows could not be opened for security reasons as the apartment is at street level. Request for fans was not returned. The apartment was very stuffy and hot with 5 people in summer weather. Safety concerns were noted to the owner about having locked windows and only one exit. There would therefore not he a second exit in case of emergency. These concerns were not returned or addressed. Being a street level there was also periodic noise from cars and mopeds.
