"Sunset Villa" is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom contemporary townhome in the heart of Ellicottville overlooking beautiful Holimont Ski Resort. This villa can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. The staircase will lead you to the second floor master suite which boasts spectacular mountain views, updated hardwood floors, modern full bath with toasty radiant flooring and multi jet walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the lower level with the 2nd newly updated Full bathroom. Bedroom #2 features a Full size bed with luxury sheets and an additional set of bunk beds. Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin beds with extra thick comfy mattresses to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. The fully stocked Chefs kitchen is open to the living area and features all that you could ever need to prepare a gourmet meal. This villa boasts many other amenities such as a gas grill, large capacity washer and drier Keurig coffee maker, Wi-fi, internet, cable tv and streaming. Enjoy all that Ellicottville has to offer including Monday - Friday daily skiing at Holimont Ski Resort and day and night skiing all week long at Holliday Valley. The villa is a short walk to Holimont lift and 3 minute drive to Holiday Valley. There are many additional activities from cross country ski, snowshoe, hiking and mountain bike trails, Sky High adventure ropes course, golfing, or a day at the spa. Well behaved furry friends are always welcome!
